What can I say!!well the server was on top of his game!! Excellent service!! Customer friendly!! Food was yummy&good bartenders!
very pleasant employees!!i notice if a server needs help the other servers are right on it! I use to be for many years a server! They work hard in making it a pleasant&piece full place for their customers to enjoy there time talking and eating and most of all being satisfied by sitting and enjoying the meal watching their TV's ! I can tell you this the restaurant&their staff make it where you want to come back!
The food was excellent staff were friendly however my server didn't ask if we wanted refills on our drinks and when our food was brought out the didn't ask us if we needed any condiments so we had to keep waving for help to get what we needed but again friendly excellent food

Absolutely delicious dinner with my daughter, Carrie, @ Outback Steakhouse in Ontario Mills, and had the best little waitress named Holly. Eat your heart out Gordon Ramsay of Hell's Kitchen ..this was cooked to perfection.. Look at the cook on that meat.. medium rare. I had checked the reviews on Yelp for the meals served here & at Upland and San Bernardino restaurants. The Ontario Mills had a less than favorable review 5 months ago, but their management was on it responding to the reviews and correcting the situations. Now that everything is up and running again, I see signs everywhere that they can't get help. Our waitress told us that she was new, but she was very cheerful, professional, quick, & efficient. We had our menus and water immediately, and she came right back with bread and butter and sugar. And then our salads came out shortly thereafter and we had plenty of time to finish that before our main course arrived.We never had to ask for more water, (seafood makes me thirsty), she kept filling our glass
I couldn't have had a better meal, had I cooked it at home myself! Before I left, I made sure to let the manager know what I enjoyable meal and service we had.
Been here once, and the food was good. The service was excellent and the place is clean. I would recommend this place.
We went on a Saturday night and only waited 30 minutes. Our server was Theo and he was absolutely fantastic and funny too! He made sure we had everything we needed and extras without asking! The food was really yummy and good size portions compared to other restaurants. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully have him as our server again.
We arrived to Outback steakhouse 10 minutes before closing, which was at 10pm. I had not realized it was as late as it was until we pulled into parking lot...
Anyways the hostess was still friendly and gave us a booth and our server was awesome. The steak was perfect and the 2 lobsters were exactly what I had been imagining all day. Freakin Amazing. The whiskey sours (maker's mark) were best ever. The fact we were last people and the only people there after closing shed no light on the quality of our dinner or the hospitable candor. We were very happy and pleased to be treated so well and the food was great.
Great food and decent staff. Our poor waitress was not only the bar tender but was waiting on 7 other tables simultaneously. She was great. 1 host was lazy and wandering around like a lost lonely puppy. Need more staff to bring up in stars but was enjoyable
First Class Customer Service!!! Very welcoming and friendly. I ordered the Aussie Twisted Ribs,, OUTSTANDING!!!! House made pickles are to die for!!!! Very happy I visited this Outback!!! Highly recommended and I will definitely return!!! Thank You Outback for such an enjoyable experience.
