The food was fantastic but the service was poor. There were 2 other ladies who could've very easily helped. Our waitress was doing her best to manage like 8 tables. All full tables. So it took a while to get our order.
I absolutely loved my experience here. My daughter wanted to go for our special day out. We chose Denny's because they offer everything at any time of the day. We were greeted immediately and the diner was clean and smelled nice too.
Our waitress was amazing and fast. She was polite and made us feel very comfortable.
The food was very good. Hot and cooked perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much you guys!!!
One of the best Denny's locations! We just relocated to the area from a city of 93k+ and finally decided to give the Ontario Denny's a try due to the limited 9pm selection we are now working with. What a good decision, we're impressed!
The establishment was clean. The food was great. I was jealous of my partner's chorizo skillet, so we'll have to come back, but my chicken strips were also good. It's so affordable, under 40$ for two adults and a small child.
Lastly, the service was phenomenal and Pam made the experience one to remember. She apologized for the wait, which was no longer than expected, and cracked jokes in the meantime. She was clearly working hard between waiting tables and cleaning for close, but still made time to check on our table frequently. I wasn't on my best behavior (I'll blame the pregnancy hormones), but Pam made me feel like royalty. Thank you
