Our experience was great. We were celebrating graduation for my daughter and she chose this restaurant. (She loves this place) We enjoyed the atmosphere, the service and especially the food.
Lovely Olive garden. Customer service was good. The front desk employee could've been MUCH more friendly. I stood there with my mother in front of the desk for several seconds, I was stared at until I said " 2 please", there wasn't a "Hi, welcome to Olive Garden, How many?". Not a great start... But we were seated fairly quickly, it was not super busy. I could tell managers were busy training waiters. So... lots of new workers. Our waiter was new but very nice! Our food came quickly. They were out of the warm Italian donuts that we requested. Pretty disappointed in that but unexpected. We still enjoyed our meal. Mask friendly. Although there were many customers not wearing a mask.
I have been going to this location for a long time, and my first time back since covid on January 11 could not have been better. Katie. Is. Amazing. She is such a lovely waitress and deserves a raise. Had the best time! Food was great, service was fast and friendly despite the business of the evening. Speaking as someone who has worked in food service, I am empathetic to how much goes into creating such a nice experience. So great it lead to me make my first ever google review. Much appreciation to you guys <3
Their waiters are always professional. That's why I like to eat there. The soup and bread are very good. But I suspect the chef's tongue is out of order because there is too much salt in bread and salmon. Great bartender, Great service, Food can be made better. I will be back.
I hadn't been here in a while. I had forgotten how amazing this place is. The hostess was super nice in engaging my kiddo during our wait. Our service was also great and so was the food. This is a very nice special occasion spot but it also is great for casual.
taste 🙂🙂 though some of the employees laughed when my dad gagged on a bread stick, we thought it was hilarious! staff are really kind and funny
We went with a large party and were accommodated easily with no super long wait. We had an adequate amount of servers. I wasnt a fan of the toasted ravioli, it was a little too toasty. I also had the spiked lemonade which i really liked. Otherwise we really enjoyed it!
Great experience. Today was our daughter's birthday and she wanted to eat here. They were so considerate of her by bringing her a birthday card with everyone's signature. That small act of kindness in their part made her day. Again, great food and awesome service!!
