Awesome shrimp and crab platter!!! Seasoned well, but not too spicy!! Can’t beat it at $21.00. Great service and very down home!!

I don’t even know where to start. First, I live in Atlanta but my parents live here In Opelousas. My father was retiring from St Landry Parish’s Schools District after 43 years. We decided to give him a retirement party. My siblings and I decided to do the party ourselves. Three of us live in Georgia and one lives here in Louisiana. Well, once the theme and menu was decided I was faced with a Dilemma...our menu was Baked Chicken, Garden Rice, Green Beans, salad and dinner rolls. After invitations were sent out we got RSVP’s for about 150 (wasn’t expecting that). My dilemma was...HOW WAS I GOING TO BAKED ENOUGH CHICKEN FOR THAT MANY PEOPLE??? Well, to my rescue came THE GUILLORY’S. The roasted 4 cases of chicken for me. These people are AMAZING!!! They are not just your average “Business People” they care for others and for their community. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!! The customer service and willingness to HELP was beyond anything I could have EVER ask for. And let me tell you the chicken was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Like our guest kept asking who did the chicken. It was so tender and moist and FLAVORFUL. Guillory’s Seafood Express is TOP NOTCH at what they do. I can not express my gratitude for what they did us. They took a HIGHLY STRESSFUL SITUATION and made it such a HIGHLIGHT of our Celebration. And Mrs. Guillory.. oh she is the SWEETEST, MOST LOVING AND KIND HEARTED PERSON I HAVE EVER MET!!! I just want o say THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! Guillory’s made our family’s celebration EVERYTHING!
