Ordering the food was quick and easy. Employees were friendly and patient. My bacon double cheeseburger with tater tots was amazing, and just the right amount of food. The Dr Pepper was so cold and refreshing.

Edit/Update: The owner truly values and takes pride in his locations. Very personable. He remedied my frustrations with communication and care to make sure I knew there would be more of a stance in making sure this location gives the proper condiments and sauces allotted for the orders; along with alotting me a $20 gift card for Sonic and go try this location again. All food establishments have hiccups and sad moments with customer care, but this owner shined the light of understanding and wanted to keep my business. Thank you John for taking the time to reach out to me. Original: Do NOT waste your time at this location. I’m writing this review because this location purposely (or do not train their staff) to consistently place dips and sauces in the bag with the order. I have had to countless times turn around to get the sauce with the order. Today, I needed a quick snack and went to this location for something quick and hot. Got the mozzarella sticks with marinara. Since it was one item, I grabbed the bag and left from drive thru. Got down the road and there was no marinara in the bag. I had to turn around 🙄, which is annoying. Got to location and the lady at drive thru was unapologetic and I mentioned since the inconvenience of having to come back, I’d like two. She said she would get the one out and the second one would be 27 cents. My aggravation is this is always happening and inconvenient. I’m over it, and this location has lost my business. Mark this as a place against customer service, and a headache that can be avoided. When you eat out (even for a snack) you should have a good experience.

I'll tell you what, I have yet to have an unpleasant experience with this particular location. That's speaking of the food now, the other day I had a serious problem with the policy they have about certain condiments. I ordered one of the chicken sandwiches, grilled to be exact, and I wanted it dry with the lettuce and tomatoes on it. I ordered ranch to be accompanied with my food. Mind you, I'm ordering this through their mobile app. When the young lady delivers my food, I go through the bag only to find there is no ranch packets. Ok, so maybe they forgot, or didn't pay enough attention to the ticket, so I pushed the red button. A very polite sounding young man answered the call to ask what I needed. I let him know that I ordered already and the ranch I needed was not in my bag. He replied with not what I expected to hear, but "Yes sir, we're aware of that, because you didn't pay for ranch, and we charge for ranch." I let him know that I didn't know exactly what I paid for, my receipt was not explicitly described in that manner, and the reason I am being denied ranch was absolutely ridiculous. The app I used to order the food should charge me if it allows me to order such items. With that said, the employee on the other end of the ticket shouldn't know what I paid for or how much I'm spending, they should just simply fulfill the order as shown on the ticket. So after spending a little over forty dollars I could not have neither fifty-two nor twenty-seven cents worth of ranch.(That would have been two, or just one packet of ranch) Something better should have been done Sonic, it's a terrible policy you have and a violation of my privacy I felt has taken place. It would have been diplomatic to just give your customer the service ordered rather than deny it because it does not automatically come with what I ordered. I didn't know it was something you charge for, and I didn't know I wasn't charged for it. Nevertheless, I ordered it, put it in the bag, and either change the policy or fix the app. Don't punish your customer for your short comings. Good day!

The burgers are usually good. The service can be poor at times. The wait times can sometimes get ridiculous even when they're not too busy.

Get the app and then its Happy Hour ALL DAY! They are so creative with their drinks and sweet treats combinations. The menu has so many options from burgers to chili cheese dogs and tots. I have several favorites and the kiddos ask to visit quite often!

This is sincerely the best Sonic I have ever been to. every time we go everything is so delicious, my chili cheese tots are perfectly covered in chili and cheese the burgers are amazing and the staff is always incredible. I refer to this as the "good" sonic. Oh and the ocean waters and chicken sliders are out of this world 🔥🔥

It's a great place for a quick bite to eat. However, during happy hour they conveniently forget to make the drinks half price for the combo meals. I go here often and have to remind them every single time. They are getting a 4 star because the food never taste old like the other place.

Ordered an order via the App, it bugged and used my coupon and double charged me without sending the order to the store. The employee on the intercom wasn't very friendly or helpful. The (I assume) assistant manager walked out and helped me and she was very helpful. It was a lot of work and time for a simple slush, but she was determined to make sure I was taken care of and I appreciate that. Solid Sonic. 4/5 for the unfriendly employee that was short with me on the intercom.

They had one lane blocked which I was initially impressed with...however the screen wasn't working in the lane I chose so the young lady had to take my card to another stall to run it anyway
