I visit this location on my lunch break. The service was above and beyond. Amanda, the manager, introduced herself, and a few minutes later, she was bringing another customer their order. I had my head down, and she stopped to ask me if I was okay. We give each other a thumbs up. Amanda's act of kindness is amazing.
Sonis is my favorite anywhere I go and I can't think of 1 of the many hundreds I have visited all over the place that had bad food,bad service or rude staff they are always fast friendly and the best chili cheese tater tots in the world
We didn't eat but we had flavored Tea's and they were great.
Kionte gave AMAZING service. I ordered a vanilla root beer and she recommended a “real cream” instead of vanilla and even gave me a sample of it.

Awesome service this morning. I ordered buffalo popcorn chicken for breakfast so it took a little longer because they cooked them fresh for me. Totally worth it! It was delicious.
To clarify, let's not pretend Sonics food ever deserves above 3* ... this 5 star review is regarding the service of ChrisJohnTown, one of two employees on staff and was absolutely killing it while the system was down, managing orders at all the bays and the drive thru running like a madman. It was within the last hour so a few items were not available, but he was aware at the time of order what was and wasn't available. He delivered the 3 separate orders we placed at the same bay and everything was exactly as ordered. Excellent customer service skills. We didn't have cash to tip him and he wasn't phased and gave service all the same. Absolutely stellar attitude, in my opinion is above his pay grade. On a side note, I hope this GANGSTA pupper in the Tesla next to us got his order with the same professionalism we got.
