I love the food here and the people are awesome. Usually have no issues but last time the soda was flat and they had no more carbonation in store. Other than that this is a great place to eat!
Eduardo is the best employee I’ve encountered at this location he always has very kind Carisma always willing to help with anything you need he is very understanding while placing your order .there should be more employees like Eduardo
Surprisingly good for a fast food style place. The chicken is excellent. I recommend the 3 piece meal with rice and beans. Use the pico de Gallo and guacamole sauce to add spice and flavor.
Food was good.is room for improvement in the food menu.

We love Pollo Loco and usually have a good experience. We got some good items that were delicious and filling and that's not the problem I had with my experience this time. My entre seems thrown together and does not look very appetizing. There was plenty of chicken and the chicken here is extremely tasty, I just wish it was put together a little better.
However, this is the usual fast food what you see is not exactly what you get experience. You look at the board and see an item, poised perfectly with all pieces meticulously organized around the plate so that it looks like a work of art. Then you get it and it looks nothing like it does on the menu board!! Marketing experts and culinary engineers fabricate what is on the board, and you get something put together by a teenager on the lower-end of minimum wage who would rather be at the mall or hanging with friends. This is just the way reality goes.
As I said, it was tasty and after I added dressing and mixed it around, it took on a better look.
It was my first time at el pollo loco and let me tell you that it was the best chicken ever, very delicious and good for your pocket, pretty nice service I recommend it…
I love coming here, love the food is always great, can always modify how I’d like, the people here are super friendly and always on top of it. And the cashier leonel was very helpful in helping me choose the right plate and helping me make sure it’s the way i like it. 10/10 recommend
It’s no pollo tropical but it’s not bad. The avocado sauce is fire tastes really good.

Nothing special about the chicken seasoning wise, rice and salad were great.
The guy cleaning the tables walking around accidentally hit me with the trays, don’t think he noticed but glad he’s working here very friendly dude.
El pollo loco is one of our favorite places to get a quick dinner for the family.
I their chicken is absolutely delicious, it’s cool to see how the staff cooks it in the fire.
The restaurant was clean and well maintained.
Staff was friendly and quick to complete our order. They have great Halloween decorations in their lobby.

Oh my goodness absolute most delicious best tasting Nirvana inducing food I have ever had in my entire life. viva la Mexico Or something like that. I love America and appropriation of other cultures cuisine’s and food items it’s absolutely delicious and nutritious just ask the dishes

I'll do five stars for this place. The only thing that didn't really ring with me was that my meal wasn't served with plates. My ask for them though and I got them. So no problem. Now I realized that it served with tortillas. And that's kind of authentic. I am not authentic however I like a knife, fork, spoon and a plate LOL but more than that, we were sharing the family meal and when you have a cup of corn that's meant for five people the only way to share it is to put on different plates. Same with mashed potatoes, beans, and other such things. Otherwise everything was great. The food was good, the employees were funny. Um so much fun it was hard to tell if they were beating each other up or were laughing sometimes LOL. They made a great atmosphere though. They're really did. The chicken was tasty. And so are the tortillas. Well said the beans, corn and mashed potatoes. Those are all great as well. The chicken was served hot right off the grill. Not was pretty good. Kind of cool to watch him cook, pull it off the grill, put it on your order.
The food was good /okay. the grilling chicken smelt amazing, but we wanted something lighter. Hubby said the Chicken Avocado street tacos were good but very skimpy with the avocado and not really "street" tacos. ( believe me, he knows) In keeping with the tiny avocado potions, my chicken avocado salad had one slice of avocado on the whole salad. The rest of the salad was good, though. The tables and floors look clean, but they are sticky. Wrong cleanser or dirty wash cloths /mop. Not sure why it's still this way. It's been years since we were here last, and that hasn't changed.
