Reviews Hooters - Orland Park

We came on the afternoon of the Super Bowl and it was very busy. Kassie was our server and she really did a great job of making sure we had everything that our family needed. She kept our drinks filled at all times, made really great food & beverage suggestions and was very quick to make sure we had all the little requests we asked for. Our family watched in amazement as she buzzed around accommodating all of the other patrons sitting at her other tables. She was very nice, had a fun upbeat personality and was great with our kids. She is exactly what Hooters exemplifies. She is an excellent representation of your brand and is truly an incredible asset to your company. I never remember my server's name but hers is one I will certainly not forget! Next time we come in we will be requesting her as out server because she works hard to keep your customers happy and well-served. The next time you visit Hooters in Orland Park we highly recommend Kassie for the outstanding service and enhanced experience that she provides!

Called ahead about a company lunch reservation for 6. We were told we could come in and be seated; they stated is was slow. Walked in, and was confronted by an absolutely rude and vile manager woman with brown hair and glasses. Absolute hideous personality, like a librarian on coke. She wouldn't allow us to be seated without an online registration, and 6 was above the maximum number alloted on the website. The waitresses were very sweet and allowed us to be seated anyway. If it was not for their consideration I would have rated 1 star. We will not be visiting this location again. Your manager just lost the company hundreds of dollars lol. If she did her job right all her employees would know their rules.

Great place for wings! Service at the bar was excellent...our server Audrey, was quick to refill our drinks.
