Celebrating my wife’s birthday, we were late to our reservation. The hostess politely informed us we may not have time for a full experience, and took us to our table with that understanding. Chadwick our server was great, explained the menu choices and kept everything going at a reasonable pace. He was also very interactive with our party. Tom (the manager) stopped and introduced himself and his services if we needed anything. Food was great, portion sizes were great (I’m a big eater) and even shared it was enough. Overall a great evening of food and celebration. Would definitely recommend the Melting Pot experience.

This was our first time dining at the melting pot. To say that it was awesome is an understatement! Our waitress Monica was awesome and attentive. She explained how everything worked and guided us through the menu according to our tastes. The drinks were excellent as well! Can’t wait to come back with friends and family!
Love this place!! Gone for the last two New Year’s Eve, and they never disappoint. Great service, great staff, great experience!!
We were celebrating my girlfriends birthday last night and Tom greeted us and walked us to our table. Our server, Khaleel, was awesome! Very helpful in making decisions. We rolled out our silverware to get ready for the first course and mine had some stuff on it. I bring it to the attention of Khaleel and he told us that he would take care of it. No more than 2 minutes later, Tom approaches our table, apologizing about the silverware and hands us meat platter on the house. I mean, wow! He also walks by and hands my girlfriend a birthday card, which blew her mind! From the time we walked in to the time we left, 100% the best birthday dinner my girlfriend had ever had, thank you Melting Pot for making it awesome for her!
Stopped in for dessert and am so glad we did! Thank you Leo for great service and making this pregnant women who also has Celiac Disease dreams come true with a Gluten Free dipping platter for the chocolate. Ya'll they got gluten free brownies to dip! The fruit was also very fresh and tasty. I also really enjoyed the non-alcoholic Honey Bee Tea. Super refreshing! Thank you again we will definitely return next time we're in town.

We ended up here on accident, but it was a great accident. The server was amazing as well as the food. I recommend anyone get to experience this place atleast once.
I had my first Melting Pot experience last night and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing and service was excellent. I will definitely go back and I would definitely recommend this location to others!

Food was awesome and fresh, excellent cab by the glass. Party of four all enjoyed their dinner. Wait staff was excellent our waitress modavi was great,Kyle the manger came introduced himself and asked how our dinning experience was. We told him we were cold at first but enjoyed our food. The front entry way was freezing but we warmed up quickly once we sat down. We would definitely go back again we had a great time thank you!
Celebrating our 1st anniversary. Everything was awesome. Had a great waiter named Gentry. He was very attentive to our needs as explained everything to us. And Kyle the manager came to give us a Anniversary card. Very personal she the wifey said. But overall food was good and so was the desert all fondue here. Would come again. We went here for a special milestone celebration and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The service was impeccable and our waiter was very knowledgeable on the menu and extremely patient with us, as we were going back and force making our selections. He did everything so that our dining experience would be great success. When I made a reservation through OpenTable app, I was given an option to add the balloon package of rose petals/candle package. I did both, but balloons were tiny, and not very impressive. The rose petals with candles, however, added to nice atmosphere at our table. This was the best $12 upgrade.
Andrew was our server and the food was fantastic. We did magical dining and got a great deal on the food. Andrew was prompt and quick with all of our needs. He gave us strawberries and champagne for our anniversary. He definitely went the extra mile for us. This is my wife's favorite restaurant and we will definitely be back soon!
Great experience!! Loved the Alpine Classic cheese, steak lovers, and Bananas Foster chocolate. Our server was very thorough in explaining the preparation process and in creating a good atmosphere for us to enjoy there! I got the rose petals and candle on the table since we were celebrating an anniversary. A 4-5 star experience for sure, and definitely worth a try! Oh, the strawberry pecan salad is a MUST, it was delicious!
What a delightful meal! Totally spur of the moment date-night lead us to the Melting Pot. Our waiter, Harrison, was great. Great attitude and customer service, especially with the recommendations.
The food was delicious, and the meal pacing wasn't rushed at all.

Very nice setting, the food was delicious, and our server, Allison, was amazing. Expensive, but all depends the experience you want. We had cheese, the steak, and the desert, and it was a fantastic family dinner!
Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had at a Melting Pot. We celebrated my 30th birthday and Oscar made it so extremely memorable and special. He was so extremely friendly, knowledgeable and super attentive to our wants. He brought out a birthday card and the cutest birthday plate I've ever seen. The staff was so sweet and pleasant, but Oscar made the entire trip. We will always be asking for Oscar when we come.
The managers were also extremely friendly and wanted to make sure we had a phenomenal experience compared to the Jacksonville experience we once had.
We are so appreciative we had the opportunity to visit The Melting Pot Orlando. Also very high note that the manager is a swiftie and has so many Swiftie related drinks because extra 5 starts to that.

Incredible dinner with my girlfriend. It was her first experience at the Melting Pot and she loved it! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant also offers a special on Thursdays for a date night, where they decorate the table with rose petals and a candle. Food was delicious and atmosphere enjoyable.
Everything was great, we booked a special celebration thing and were taken to a mostly private booth. They had flowers that you get to keep, roses on the table. Our server was great at explaining everything and was really nice. Kept an eye on us and made sure we were good.
Food is the same as I had it like 10 years ago, kind of nostalgic. All of the food was what I expected and it was fun to cook and dip everything. A really nice experience, I would come back just for a cheese and chocolate night for sure.
My birthday celebration was marvelous!! Our Server, Alex W. was attentive, knowledgeable & really made our visit special. Portions were perfect & food was fresh. Can't wait to visit again!
Excellent meal. So fun too. We only do the Cheese and Chocolate courses as adding in the entree course is just too much food. Service was a bit slow this time, we waited too long between courses and to get the check. A little pricey but well worth the cost. Salad bit worth the cost definitely Not for small children or picky eaters.

I am glad we gave this location another shot after having a bad experience in 2021. The food is always amazing at any Melting Pot we go to, and it really made a huge difference requesting a quiet table. It is was a little dark where we sat, but I'll take that over being seated near large parties with kids and facetiming people. The music is always nice and calm. Our server was Austin, and he was very friendly! The little dessert plate with Happy Anniversary written on it was a nice touch. The manager stopped to check on us and another party close by, which is nice. No complaints this go around! Thank you!
For anyone looking for recommendations on food, we always order the Wisconsin cheddar, caesar salad (the candied pine nuts are amazing and when you add the garlic and wine seasoning, it is even better!), court bouillon (I get chicken, my husband gets the land and sea or pacific rim and we always get a bowl of green goddess and teriyaki sauce. Extra broccoli and mushrooms and we always add that delicious garlic and wine seasoning), then we end with the s'mores chocolate.
You can purchase the garlic and wine seasoning to take home (a new bottle), we have gotten 3 bottles for ourselves already and have bought for family.
We had a great family meal in a private room that sat seven. Out fantastic server, Chadwick, really was top notch. This meal even pleased the teenagers! Amazing. Thank you!
We did magical dining and while it seemed the portions were a LOT smaller and the price went up a LOT, we still had a blast. Ask for Declan to be your server and he won’t disappoint.
We went here to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was an AMAZING experience. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Not only did our server make sure we were okay, the managers checked on us regularly. Because it was my husband's birthday they completely spoiled us. Not only did the restaurant give my husband a piece of cake, but he also received a card and a slice of cheesecake and champagne at NO extra charge. We are very pleased with this experience and look forward to coming back soon.
I was very fortunate to get the most beautiful soul in the restaurant as my server. Her name is Tori and she is so sweet and kind and attentive. Not only was she a great server, but she is a great human being. I don't live in town so unfortunately. I will not be back anytime soon. But I hope she has a wonderful life.
We celebrated our 15th anniversary, my husband booked a table by phone and the girl suggested that he put rose petals on the table, I was very pleasantly surprised, I almost cried, and later the manager came to our table, congratulated us and gave us a card, it was very nice. We love this restaurant and always leave in a good mood.
Had a reservation for our 8th anniversary, the front end staff and kitchen went above and beyond for our special night, not to mention our table attendant was so authenticity nice, overall great experience.

I’m going to start off by stating upfront my experience here it was wonderful, from start to finish. My boyfriend and I decided to come here for a date night while on vacation. The hostess was warm and inviting while asking us if we had reservations, and asked if it was a special occasion. After being seated, our server, Kai, not Kyle lol, was very informative and super accommodating and explaining the menu to us, since this was the first time we had been to this type of restaurant. After being seated at a one burner table, and decided we wanted two different cheeses, they gladly seated us at a different table top. The manager was super polite and funny. You guys did a wonderful job, and superseded my expectations. Thank you, and keep up the awesome service that you provide!
