Super fresh and delicious food. Mega large menu with tons of choices. Superb customer service. Free valet upon arrival. U recommend the oysters Big Fin Style and the lobster Mac and cheese as appetizers. The crab legs dinner are some of the best I’ve tasted in life and always high quality crab. It’s 56 bucks but can easily feed two people not just one. On the weekend they have dinner specials so we had the lobster with Filet Mignon and asparagus and mashed potatoes and it was only 28. Amazing deal. This is one of my favorite seafood spots and theee steaks and non seafood items are top notch as well. You will not be dissatisfied here. Too good!!

Voted one of the best places in Doctor Phillips to take your Valentine's Day date by the locals at Dr Phillips Local. Makes sense with fresh chilled oysters with atomic Horseradish, oyster shooters (Tito's Shooter with bloody mary mix = YUM), Florida Stone Crab Claws and some of the best surf and turf around. Plenty of great wines by the glass and decent priced bottles. Excellent Happy Hour deals too with oysters, sushi and $7 martinis and $4 drafts and much more...

The best lobster ever! The key lime pie was amazing. Friendly staff, our waiter/bartender clearly knew the menu and gave wonderful recommendations, and the outdoor seating was relaxing. We will be back next time in town!

My wife and I love this place...we always make it a point to visit each time we're in Orlando. We were there on Saturday night for dinner and again, the food was GREAT! Our servers were Mo and Eric....they did an amazing job serving. Can't wait until my next trip to Orlando....

This place was awesome. The atmosphere, service, and food was excellent. We advised upon our arrival we were newlyweds and our 1st visit. They took great care of us as well as they comped our appetizer and dessert.

As always we enjoyed a great night with a group of friends out on the patio at Big Fin. Vanessa was our server and we could have had anybody better. She was fun, friendly and attentive. The food was excellent as it always is. One of our favorite restaurants on Sand Lake Rd. Always look forward to going back. ��

First time here, and they have a wonderful happy hour. We sat outside at the bar, there were 6 of us, and the space was highly comfortable. There were so many delicious craft cocktails. The happy hour food had a large variety, too. Everything we had was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was not that busy inside, and there were more ppl on the outer area that day. Valet parking is available but not required. Would come again.

Quality food, good selection of fresh seafood. Good wine list. Dynamite bread pudding. Above average Grouper. Amazing crab claws. Slooow service. Be prepared for a 3 hour dinner if you have a larger sized party. Seems like a restaurant frequented by business clientele. It didn't have a very welcoming vibe for a date location so I would recommend skipping for a personal visit and stick with the expense account.

I got introduced to Big Fins about six years ago by a sorority sister 💕💚 My husband and I come to Orlando almost every year and never miss an opportunity to visit This year I decided to celebrate my birthday in Orlando, When I found out Big Fins was under new management, I was a little skeptical of what the service and food might be like now. BUT!! I have to tell you it was a night to remember. Our I server was Alfredo and he was so knowledgeable, personable,and attentive, we could not have been served by anyone nicer. I had the amazing opportunity to meet Chef Eric and his Chef partner ( sorry I forgot his name) he was very nice as well. Those men made me feel so special on my birthday eve 🎂(they left no stone unturned). I had the crab legs(not the all you can est)but, oh my God I still had so many and they were absolutely delicious!!! I tell you that I have never had such sweet and juicy crab legs ever and I am a cancerian ( July 🥳 )and I love crab legs, my husband ordered a seafood pasta and loved it I could go on and on about my experience. Just know Big Fins is still one of the best seafood restaurants with some of the best seafood in Orlando. Trust me chef Eric is an amazing chef as well as a very kind and caring person ( if you don’t like something he will make it right). Again, I will never forget that night. I felt extra, extra special, thank you Chefs, Alfredo and the staff for your kindness to us. We look forward to seeing you guys again real soon.❤️

Awesome food, we had the royal plater, wow! service was a little slow due to a large Christmas party, but they bent over backwards to serve us once they realized we had not been served. A must visit next time we are in Orlando.

Great seafood and usually good smoked old fashions. I think the atmosphere is just average so we normally just grab a seat at their outdoor bar. Especially because it’s almost always available without a reservation. Some of the appetizers can be really small just size ask the server about size. Have been there many times and always enjoy it.

BigFin Seafood is an iconic Orlando restaurant - if you’re craving high-quality seafood in an upscale environment, very few places do it better! I have been here many times over the years and it’s one of our go-to places to celebrate birthdays and other important celebrations. This is a great date-night restaurant, but also is really good to bring your family to as they have a wide selection of options suitable for any palette! I absolutely love BigFin’s cioppino (one of the best I’ve ever tried), as well as their stone crab claws. Do keep in mind the stone crab claws get very expensive, so they are a very special treat! Despite this being a seafood restaurant, their steak is excellent as well - I love the filet and usually one of us in our group gets it each time we visit! Some other dishes I highly recommend are the lobster spaghettini, seared ahi tuna, fried snapper, and Honolulu shrimp, but truth be told, you could order anything and be VERY happy here. Be sure to save room for dessert because they have amazing options - just take a look at my pictures! They look like heaven!! So yeah, next time you’re craving seafood, check out BigFin!

Not my first time here, so, here's my review. Perfect for any occasion. Bring your parents, partners, "side pieces", JUST MAKE SURE YOU COME (leave the kids at home though). It's always a good, laid back vibe soon as you pull into valet (which is complementary). Fairly priced, but that depends on your discretion of what is "fairly priced". Lobster night will be missed dearly, but if you're reading this, Disney Dining is coming up soon. Make sure you get your sweet @#! in there and enjoy the atmosphere and hospitality.

Our server/bartender, Scott was wonderful! Very knowledgeable of the food and drinks. Recommended the best drink! The seafood tower and crab fried rice was amazing! All around great place to dine!

Long standing chef with such creativity. Hidden gem in Orlando. We had dirty martinis to start. Oyster Rockefeller was perfectly cooked. Miso butterfish I subbed the coconut rice for seaweed risotto. Fabulous combination the shitaki mushrooms were a great savory aspect. Cioppino is my husband's favorite. He enjoyed the sauce and the delicate flavor of seafood.

Amazing hospitality and service! Great menu and beverage selection. Their swordfish is perfectly done and was a highlight of our meal! The Tempura Ahi Tuna has room for improvement. The cut of fish was sushi grade. The tempura, however, was more like a "Wellington" coating. Excellent desserts as well!

Perk alert - as of 6/2023, valet parking is free. Be sure to tip the crew. Make reservations! Not that we minded, they were fully committed for the night, so we ate outside at their bar. Nice restaurant - food outstanding. Front of house (that is the people you see) phenomenal. Waitress (not just a server) made great recommendations and had perfect knowledge of the dishes offered. Back of house (the people you don't see), likely this case the kitchen, oh tool slow... we waited 30 mind after our salads for main entre to arrive - but when it did, was very good.

Celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday here. Our server, Tom, went out of his way to make it a truly memorable evening. The seafood dishes were extremely well prepared, and the presentation of every entree so lovely and inviting. Would highly recommend and will be back.

The swordfish is amazing on it's own but then Big Fin takes it up a level with the swordfish experience by adding one of their delicious crab cakes and a buere blanc with capers. And if you want the ultimate seafood culinary adventure add some of their smoked octopus to the order. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

The manager Olivia was great she accommodated us yes on a couple of things, Also Aly the waitress was great and the chef josh was awesome he actually came out to make sure we liked our dinner he was very nice and his food was great.

Will, the manager was so accommodating as we had dietary restrictions and other specific requests which he and the chef graciously made happen. Our waiter Kevin was efficient, cheerful and accommodating. Our dinner of steamed snow crab was outstanding! We will definitely go back as the whole experience was so enjoyable.
