I really enjoyed this place. Frankly, I thought it wouldn't go well as it was inside of a hotel but the reviews were decent and Im glad I trusted them, my entire family enjoyed our meal. I would recommend the Foccacia Bread and Meatballs. I also enjoyed the Fritto Misto, tasted pretty fresh and a good old fashioned. Several members of my group enjoyed the mussels so much so that we ordered another serving after the two servings were demolished. DAT BUTTER THO! MMMmmmHMMM GOOD! Godere! Delighted beyond words to have found an Italian restaurant off the chain-restaurant hell trail that is Orlando dining!
Focaccia and oil - excellent, but had to ask for it...
Calamari was cooked to perfection, yet not as flavorful as could be.
Brussels sprouts were outstanding!
Full plate of Rigatoni Bolognese was fantastico and more than I needed!
Burger = very tasty.
Great, fast service.
A favorite saved for future reference next time I'm in Orlando!
Surprisingly great gourmet food for a hotel restaurant. The pastry chef is worth the visit alone.
Siro is the place for Vibrant Flavors and Fresh Ingredients. The menu at Siro features dishes that are inspired by local fare, as well as plates that boast vibrant flavors and utilize local in season ingredients that help to maintain Siro’s philosophy of "From Farm to Fork." The main entree courses are simple yet innovative and include everything from thin-crust pizzas and house-made pastas to various meats and fish selections. Siro also has a nice selection of family style dishes available that are served family style on over sized wooden planks. In addition to signature dishes, Siro also boasts an extensive drink menu, with bartenders that have mastered the “Garden to Glass” method of mixology. They specialize in preparing hand crafted Italian classics from the Negroni and Aperol Spritz to the "The Artisan," Lemoncello Martini complete with fresh squeezed juices and fragrant herbs. Of course no Italian restaurant is complete without a fine wine selection and Siro has a nice collection of true Italian tradition, selected wines that are served by the glass and quartino carafes -- as well as local craft beer selections.
For the Magical Dining Month menu at Siro you have a choice of three different appetizers, three different entrees, and three different desert selections to choose from. You can mix and match any one selection of the three and create a unique dining experience. Although I made my own selection of items, I was able to sample all of the dishes offered..(perks of being a blogger) So lets get started...
For my appetizer, I chose the Marinated Tomato Salad with fresh tomatoes, Burrata and sea salt. Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. I enjoyed the creaminess of the Burrata with the acidity of the fresh tomatoes. The next appetizer I sampled was the Frito Misto with fried Key West pink shrimp, oysters, grouper, and lemon-caper aioli. All Fried and all good. My favorite appetizer was the Grilled Quail with fennel sausage, pepperonata, and a vidalia onion puree. This was a very delicious quail, seasoned to perfection.
For My entree I went with the Grilled Strip Steak served with a ragout of summer squashes topped with crispy crumbs. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium, was tender and loaded with flavor. Another great entree was the Chicken Milanese with summer salad. The delicately battered and fried chicken pieces just melted in your mouth. The third entree offered was the Bucatini Al Frutti Di Mare with mussels, clams, shrimp, fennel sausage, and tomato-saffron brodo. Very tasty as well.
For desert I opted for the Tiramisu. Although served in a non traditional fashion, the flavor of this tiramisu was about as authentic as I have had. All of the deserts offered were good, but when the Zeppoles arrived..it was chaos. A bag of deep fried balls of dough coated in sugar and cinnamon and a side of chocolate dipping sauce...Oh my..these were good!
One word: burger. Burger! You must try The Burger even if it is $17. if you are reading this and is wondering what to order, try the burger. I promise you won't regret it! The other plates are subpar. Btw this place is definitely $$$$. It is not cheap
Resort worthy. This is a late review but we ate at Siro on a Friday night a couple of weeks ago. The place was about 35% occupied which I thought was good for a Friday night at a resort/conference center hotel. I have to say Thursday night when we got there the restaurant was packed along with the hotel. Most seem to have checked out on Friday. Anyway, the atmosphere is nice, I think it could tend to be noisy when at or near full capacity. We started with the veal meatballs and mussels. Both were outstanding. I will say I was not a fan of the bread, while fresh and overall good quality it has a large amount of olive oil and seasoning on it that I was not a fan of personal. The rest of the table seemed to be ok with it since it was consumed. The dinner entrees were the special that night of Roasted Pork and a regular menu item of Fettuccini Carbonara and Ahi tuna. The tuna and the pasta were both excellent but the pork was average at best. I noticed other items at other tables that I wished I would have tried instead. Overall, it was a good night with great company. The food was good and we left satisfied. Given we really did not want to go driving around Orlando I was happy with the quality of the food and atmosphere and not having to leave the resort made it all the better. If I was a local would I drive to this location just for Siro? The jury is out. I would honestly say if there were out of town people staying in the area I would say I would offer to meet them at Siro but just as a regular spot just by ourselves I would most likely find another small local establishment. As always your dining adventure may be different.
Disney Area's Best Italian. What can I say? Dinner at Siro was fantastic. Don't miss.
Great Evening!. Two weeks ago, my husband and I were in Orlando for the weekend and we took my Mom and sister for dinner at Siro. We live in Atlanta and are spoiled with great restaurants and we are always looking for comparable dining. The atmosphere, food, and drink lived up to our expectations. We had a selection of appetizers, salads, and pizza so we could sample many items on the menu. It is apparent that one of top priorities of this restaurant is individually prepared dishes with unique flavors and fresh ingredients. Every dish was very tasty and the wine was fabulous, we had a Tuscan red, a Cabernet and Merlot blend. We will be back!

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying many Magical Dining restaurants over the years. From local neighborhood gems to the attractions restaurants headed up by celebrity chefs. If you enjoy food, now is the time to grab your fork and dig in to all that Orlando dining has to offer. I recently previewed the Magical Dining menu at Siro Urban Italian Kitchen located in the Orlando World Center Marriott...
So there you have it...quite an awesome selection of goods from the folks at Siro Urban Italian Kitchen and all available for $33.00/person during Magical Dining Month. It truly is an exceptional deal especially when you consider that Siro was recognized by Florida Trend magazine as the “Best New Restaurant” in
Bottom Line: Executive Chef Burdo and Siro’s mission is refreshingly simple: cook playful and artisanal Italian food that stays close to your heart and roots. And if they keep it up, I guarantee you the crowds will gather.
In other words, be it for antipasti and wine or a few shared main courses, Siro offers Italian that begs revisiting; especially since I only had room for one traditional Italian cookie from Ramon’s Cookie Jar (anise, fig, almond, chocolate crumble, amaretti, raspberry) this time.

The space has undergone major renovations, now highlighting a more warm, wooded and industrial atmosphere…which reminded me of a particular favorite restaurant of mine in Winter Park. I was delighted to find that the new philosophy for the restaurant was an emphasis on seasonal, local ingredients. More and more restaurants are turning toward local and seasonal and I wholeheartedly support this movement, particularly because the food tastes so much better when it isn’t being shipped from halfway across the world. Aged Italia - Breckenridge bourbon, blood orange aged balsamic, blackberry syrup Beer flights featuring craft beer and imports From artisan cured meats and cheeses, small plates and fr
n the heart of the hotel, I found the atmosphere at Siro to be of the industrial modern house of design, yet charming, the service to be attentive and knowledgeable, and the food to be an incredible blend of old-world recipes and modern cooking techniques and presentation -- all of it geared toward today's palate and expectations.
Siro: Urban Italian Kitchen is a new restaurant that recently opened in the Orlando World Center Marriott. Siro uses fresh farm-to-fork ingredients, many of which come from local sources in the Central Florida area. Just before they opened to the public, I was invited to try Siro during their media preview dinner. I was excited to try some new Italian food! The evening started with a tour of Siro's huge kitchen where Chef Anthony Burdo was introduced. Back in Siro's dining room, we started to try a selection of the foods offered in the restaurant. I'm separating the food pictures below as they are described on Siro's menu. Boards Siro had three different menu items called Boards. These included meat, cheese, pork roast almonds, and olives. The Americano : La Quercia prosciutto, tartufo, and capicola: The Toscana: Finocchio, Pecorino Toscano, and Bresaola. Pizza Siro Sausage and Peppers : Topped with hot and sweet peppers. The sausage had nice flavor and the hot peppers caught me a
This review was written on 1 DEC 2023, just 30 minutes after I had dinner at this restaurant. I am a local guide level 6 at the time of this review and I do not leave 5 stars for any restaurants very often, but I believe Siro Urban Italian Kitchen just hit it out of the park tonight. Starting with the service, our waiter was very attentive (sorry, I forgot the name, but the individual was a male with a British accent) and he was above and beyond. 10/10 for the service. For the food, I ordered the Pan Seared Chicken with wild Mushroom Risotto (shown in the picture). I must admit, I have traveled all over the world and this risotto I had tonight is the best one I have had so far. It was perfectly cooked and paired well with the sauce and the chicken. I finished the whole plate and if I was not already full, I would have gotten a second serving. My husband had a ribeye steak and my daughter had a cheese pizza, all of which was amazing. If Siro can keep this quality consistency of the food and service, I think they can beat Micheline Star restaurants out there in Orlando.
An ideal location for an intimate dining experience. Perfect for couples or families with older children. The quiet atmosphere brings a relaxing ambiance accompanied by delicious food. The focaccia starter is a perfect way to begin your meal. Salads are also able to be split during initial plating if two members of your party wish to share. The wine, draft beer, and cocktail options are high quality and offer variety without being overwhelming. The bartender, Eric, was an absolute pleasure. Portions are generous and each dish was bursting with flavor. Worth a reservation during your stay at the Orlando World Center Marriott.
I cannot express how thankful I am for your employee Ralph! I was at the resort for a business trip and sadly enough it was my birthday weekend. But with the experience I received with Ralph was phenomenal and he really really made me feel extremely special for my Birthday ❤️ thank you soooo much and keep being the person you are ❤️
Food was pretty good… Kitchen messed up on my temp on streak but all good… Coming back tmr lol
Let me start by saying that our server Sam [aussie lad] tipped the scale in making our dining experience more enjoyable and entertaining [thank you!]. Food was okay.. the mussels were by far the 'hit' at the table and the broth was exceptional. We also ordered the Pork Chop, 1/2 Chicken and Chicken Alfredo [meh]. Ambiance was good. In-out with a baby in about 1.3 hrs.
Food was the best in the hotel. We enjoyed appetizers, drinks and the meal was fantastic. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars on food is so I can give 5 on service and it stick out. Abby is a fantastic server! She has such a great personality but also pays attention to the details. Everyone ask for Abby and treat her well. She is a true gem!
I don’t think it’s enough stars to describe our experience! This was not a regular dinner but more so a true dining experience! My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice Italian restaurant and were having a hard time making a decision. And based on the reviews of this place we were skeptical. But I am so glad we came here! First let me start with Eric, exceptional service, recommendations and personality. He let us sample some great wines and helped us make decision to pair with our meal. Go with the Quilt Cab for my wine lovers! He had his hands full with us because my girlfriend just could not figure out what she wanted and has some dietary restrictions that limited her options… or so we thought! And at this moment we were introduced to Chef Shapiro, he came out and gave us a true world class experience. After a nice conversation and figuring out what she was looking for he went back in that kitchen and customized a dish to perfection! Steak which they pre cut in strips for us, an amazing pasta dish, the crispiest most well seasoned potatoes and the most amazing truffle asparagus! Combined that with my Diavolo hot honey pizza, it was everything and more. After our meal they came back to chat and even asked us for input on what they can do to add to their menu down the line and let us know they are constantly evolving their menu. I just can’t say enough great things about our time here. Never would’ve expected this from a hotel restaurant but we left with a smile so big and just had to let our friends and family know and now writing this review! Can’t wait until our next visit here! Great job, compliments to the entire team here..almost forgot get the berry crostada for dessert!
The best vibes, great service, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the menu. We would recommend making a reservation - there was a long wait. Yasmeen was our server and she did an excellent job taking care of us! The bolognese was incredible - noodles were perfectly done, and sauce was so flavorful. The Alfredo was a little bland, but I’d still get it again! The pizza (can’t remember what it was called) was so delicious. We went home with lots of leftovers!
Nice atmosphere and decor. Service was excellent. Had the Focaccia bread, it was warm and delicious. Main dish was Chicken with Mushroom Risotto....was sooo good. Drink: Red Sangria....good not too sweet
Outstanding. Excellent Mussels, lobster and shrimp pasta & Bronzino. Fantastic waiter - Jacob
They do however play games with the reservations (open table or phone), they say all booked up but most of restaurant was empty.
My family and I stayed at the Marriott World Center last weekend and wanted to have a nice dinner. Due to the extremely mixed reviews of Siro, we were a bit hesitant to try it but the menu looked good so we gave it a shot anyway. We are so happy that we did. The server, the pace of service, the food... it was all impeccable. I had the scallops and my wife had the chicken dish and both were amazing. They have a GF menu and the server was able to help guide us with questions regarding what I could eat. Even with it being an upscale looking restaurant, they were more than happy to accommodate our 1.5 yr old and had some really great kids options. Danny was an awesome server and we will request him next time we are there.
I had the mussels and Salsiccia pizza. I love the sauce for the mussels, very garlicky. The pizzas are personal pizzas, about 10 inches in diameter. I like reusing the mussel sauce to dip my pizza crust into.
If you have a large party, you'll be automatically charged with 18% tip on your bill.
Also, I found out that valet parking costs about $5 instead of $50 if you get your valet ticket stamped by the restaurant. This is good for eating at the restaurants in the hotel and not for parking over night.
