Paul was our server and he was great. I had pappardelle funghi and my bf had the bolognese. The calamari with shrimp and vegetables were delish as an appetizer. We also enjoyed the cheese and prosciutto appetizer. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful dinner at Bice, we accessed the hotel via the city walk by boat and the view when we arrived was beautiful! Upon arriving we were very well received by the staffs and our waiter was all the time friendly and suggested us the dishes of the house! My choice was the pappardelle funghi that was amazing! All the portions were well served and we were very satisfied, definitely come back again!
Delicious food. Great service. This is a very nice place, but it's not a place to go to after you've been at Universal all day. We walked in with our T-shirts and shorts and felt way out of place.
Service and food was absolutely to die for! Our waiter was so sweet and served us a flan for our anniversary dessert! Not to mention, the view of the river from the restaurant was amazing vibes!
Delicious food. Service was great. Felt like we were sitting in an Italian piazza! $$$. We were staying in Sapphire Falls Resort but love that all of Universal is open to guests by boat and you don't need cab, car, or bus. You can even walk the path next to the water if you're that adventurous!
Absolutely delicious and a wonderful way to celebrate my daughter's birthday. So many delicious things on the menu and I only wish we could have gone back while on vacation. Service was great, atmosphere was wonderful, and food was absolutely delicious.
Went here to celebrate our engagement and it fell nothing short of excellent. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so calming. Our servers suggestions were spot on.The service was great and it seems like they brought out the food at just the right moment. I would come back as often as I could to try everything else on the menu. It was amazing.

Brilliant dinner with my family to celerate as we arrived at a universal resort. We came here because of the reviews and this place delivered. Our server was incredibly friendly, ready to help at the drop of a hat and extremely attentive throughout the entire meal.
The restaurant itself was well appointed and had some gorgeous views of the water and resort.
The food was fresh and delicious. We had read that all the pasta was freshly made and all of it certainly tasted like it. After a lifetime of eating lasagna at different restaurants this was the best I've ever had in my life.
If you enjoy italian food and you find yourself in Orlando I would highly recommend this restaurant. My family is sure to come back here again!
What is special find in Orlando. BiCe was absolutely fabulous. I recommend the Wagyu tartare and the pasta was fantastic. I had reservations for a table but I decided to sit at the bar. The bartender seemed like he didn’t want to really be at work and other patrons have made comments to him as well. Next time I’ll be seated at a table. Overall it was an absolutely great dining experience.
Fine dining in Orlando. The area reminds you of Portofino. Excellent service to go with the perfect ambiance. Food was top notch as well as the wine list.
This is my wife and I favorite restaurant here at the resort. We spent our 1st year anniversary here and it was nothing short of AMAZING. Every part of it from the food, atmosphere, and the service.
We had Davide, he was GREAT. We had the best service we have ever had, he made our night PERFECT.
We sat outside which had such a romantic vibe to it and the view was incredible.
The food was top notch and worth every penny. We both got the filet manzo and it was so tender and juicy.
We were treated for our anniversary with a special dessert which was amazing and the ordered the wild berry cheesecake that had some of the best crust I’ve had on a cheesecake.
Give this place a try if your staying at this amazing resort you won’t regret it. Again thank you Davide for such an amazing night!

Our server Paul was amazing and made the meal even better! Thank you Paul. Also a beautiful dining room with great views of the Portofino Bay harbor at night and a quiet, romantic ambiance.
This was our first time at Bice and I had communicated ahead of time my wife's dairy allergy. At my request, they prepared a special off-menu version of Chicken Parmesan (minus the Parmesan) for her, which was completely dairy free and delightful for her. They quietly made her the happiest she's been at a restaurant in some time with the low-key way they handled our special request. Just awesome and world class.
I had the Capellacio with braised short rib, spinach and mushroom, and it was simply the best handmade pasta dish I've yet experienced. Salad and drinks were excellent; I tried the Italian Old Fashioned and a recommended espresso martini for dessert, which was the Cannoli -- everything top notch.
Cannot wait to return and dine again. For us, Bice ranks at the top for service, ambiance and flavor on Universal property, rivalled only by the Palm.
Started with carpaccio of beef which was very tasty. Dinner entrees included gnocchi, spaghetti Bolognese, tomato ream pasta and veal picatta.
Picatta was cooked nicely and gently with a nice level of lemon acid. Tomato cram was surprisingly light as the server had recommended, Bolognese good and solid, gnocchi was great and a large portion for my teenagee.
Lovely Italian restaurant in the lowes portofino bay hotel. The food was excellent and very fresh. Ivan was our waiter and he was so friendly,knowledgeable,and all around a pleasure to have as a server. Atmosphere is cozy and beautiful. Wonderful dining experience.
Loved this Italian restaurant right outside of our hotel! The caprese was super refreshing and the breads were tasty. Our pasta had great flavor and the tiramisu and other deserts in the end were delicious as well. My family and I had a lovely dinner here with friendly service and a nice atmosphere.
