Love this place. Everytime I come to USA I make sure to have ministrone soup and salad at Olive garden. Just love their soup. Tried it at many places but nothing beats the one served at Olive garden.
Food is perfect, service is excellent and staff are professionals.
Wish to have more branches in Dubai as you have only 1 branch after shutting down your SZR branch unfortunately.

Had the three combo meal package with unlimited soup and bread. Thought they will get it wrong. They surprised us. The minestrone soup was quite good with generous greens and beans. Bread pieces were crisp and big. The lasagna was tangy with sun ripe tomatoes. Felt the pasta white sauce wasn't as good as traditional joints. The spaghetti with meat sauce was spartan, when it came to meat. But, you can't ask for much for in a 15 dollar package. A good choice for hearty meal.
Started with free wine sampling and was already happy haha.
Italian cuisine at its best ! Shrimp and chicken Alfredo was amazing

Great place after a day at Disney. Went here after a day at the parks. What great service. We all ordered pasta dishes. The food was terrrific. We tried one of the wines but passed on it as we were not in a mood to drink. Our food was great but I cannot rave enough about the service. Our drinks were never empty and our server supplied another bowl of salad before we could even ask. The replaced bread sticks constantly. I will go back here many times.
Always good. My husband and I always have a great experience at this location. The service is always quick and the manager seems to always do table visits. You get what you pay for.

Wow I can't believe the last review. It's like we went to two totally different restaurants. The place was very clean, food was good, service was excellent. I left satisfied in every way.
Visited to celebrate my daughters 11th birthday. We were seated promptly, even though it was a busy Sunday evening on a holiday weekend. Special shout out for our server Brittany, what elevated our experience to another level were her kindness and attentiveness to our table, especially to our birthday girl. Our appetizers, Salad, drinks, and entrees were delicious and brought out on time. Will definitely visit again and request Brittany as our server. She goes above and beyond and is the definition of excellence in customer service.
This location is great! The service is stellar with the food to match. My coworker and I came here for lunch and enjoyed it. I got the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks, and the Tour of Italy which is captured below. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. I will definitely come back when I'm in town.
What to say about Olive Garden Italian Restaurant on Palm Parkway?
I have been pleasantly surprised during the times I visited this store. The ambiance is cozy, the music isn't too loud, the wait was very short or none at all, even though the restaurant looked packed.
This time around, our server Abdel was the best we have had at an Olive Garden, so thank you, because I had given up on going back to any Olive Garden after a few unpleasant interactions.
This time, and for the first time, we ordered the Unlimited Soup, Salad and Breadsticks, and WOW, I am so glad that those flavors still remain consistent, as they are three dishes this restaurant is known for.
I highly recommend it, at least, this location.
Having passed this particular branch of Olive Garden pretty much every day during our holiday, we decided to save it for our last night as a treat, and talk about saving the best ‘til last!
We were seated immediately and greeted to a very warm welcome by Lexi, our lovely server for the evening. From the moment we sat, we were made to feel so welcome.
I opted for the soup and breadsticks as a starter and my girlfriend the salad bowl. Having heard good things about the breadsticks, they were every bit as good as I’d been told, however the soup and salad were equally as exceptional.
For mains, I sampled the ‘Tour of Italy’, as I couldn’t make up my mind, whilst my girlfriend went for the cheese stuffed ravioli. Again, both courses were absolutely delicious and very little got left behind.
Of the restaurants we visited during our stay in Orlando, this was one of the most memorable for good reason and I would definitely both recommend and visit again!
The food here is nice, we enjoyed it. The only downside was that the female at the front wasn't very welcoming and didn't have an inviting face.
There is also a mini tablet type gizmo, which you can order on and has lots of games too, which keeps kids busy (and adults!) The service from our server was nice, and he was attentive.
We ordered:
•Shrimp Scampi - This was a packed plate and was like a main meal itself, which was delicious. The shrimp tasted amazing.
•Shrimp Fritto Misto - Tasted alright for a pasta dish, northing too memorable.
House Salad - This was also lovely with fresh, crisp salad
We opted for the minestrone soup, which was pretty bland. They also have decent lunch offers too.
We were in the area for two weeks and enjoyed dinner here so much we had it twice.
The main meals were delicious as were the unlimited bread sticks and soup.
They also were doing unlimited pasta which is great as they'll even let you take out a portion to have the next day as leftovers.
I would advise looking online at the wait as you can see if its worth having dinner a little later and not having to wait in line.
My favourite thing I had was the chicken Alfredo. It's not good for your weight but it's good for your taste buds.
Had the best server at this OG Location! AC was so fast with our meal and on top of it all! The manager Jaime Melanson ran the restaurant perfectly. Checked on the guests, inquired how the server was and had a great personality! The dinner portions are huge! I had enough for lunch the next day too! Highly recommend coming here especially after a long park day!
The food here is really yummy. I really loved the breadsticks! I came here with some friends, and our server was hilarious. He truly looked after us to make sure we had everything that we needed. I love pasta, so coming here was a lot of fun for me. I would love to come back here again soon. The service was fast, yet I didn't feel rushed at all. I definitely recommend coming here if you get the chance.

Good place to go for a nice family dinner and to satisfy a craving for Italian. Randall is a great waiter if you're lucky to get him. He's on top of things and entertains kids well. Not much to atmosphere but was clean. Also the food is good, there just wasn't anything that really stands out flavor wise, but it is definitely still worth it to dine!
On November 29 of this year, we celebrated a Retirement Party for one of our friends and coworkers.
We were impressed by the professionalism, nice attitude, and organization skills that Joe, our waiter, and the host that organized our table did.
Joe made it possible for the dinner to run smoothly, on time, and that the all plates were served at the same time. He made sure we were happy and that all 20 people were assisted.
Thank you Joe for making our party so enjoyable and the host for organizing our table.

Seating time was shorter than in other locations, but the service was actually really slow. They have the same food selection as other Olive Garden restaurants. Our server was attentive, although they were understaffed. The place has plenty of seating for big and small parties.

Ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce with Italian sausage. Good portion and pasta was cooked perfect. Taste of the sauce was great. Service was slightly off the mark as the server was a bit forgetful with following up.
My family and I (11 of us) went to have dinner on Sunday and we had the pleasure having Jonathan as our waiter. His service was 5 star! He did not miss a beat- our drinks were refilled before we could ask, new bowls of soup were offered before we could finish, he constantly came over to clear the dishes off the table… just perfect! He had a pleasant attitude, joked with us, and even catered to the kids. Thank you Jonathan for amazing service. Thank you Olive Garden for hiring great team members.

We had bad experience at Merritt Island location. It made us avoid to go to any Olive Garden’s locations. But her customer service changed our mind! She often came to our table to make our lunch more fun and happier! Also foods were great! We had lunch special pastas. The portions were perfect amount and very happy with unlimited bread and soup 🤤

This is always one of my families favourite places to go when we come to the states. Since we don’t have them in Canada anymore. Service is always quick. Reasonably priced. And of course our favourite part is the endless salad and garlic bread. Yummy.
