Great food and service. Rebecca was our server and was great. She was attentive and very friendly. Allergies were well taken care of. We were told that seafood and gluten allergies are handled in different fryers than the rest of the orders.

Pretty good! Steak was peppery and had good flavor. They had a sugar free cheesecake for dessert to suit my needs. The atmosphere and service were both good as well!

Enjoyed it greatly. Just ate there with my wife, son and 2 family friends. We all left very happy. Food was great, cant say anything bad about the service either.
Its more Tex-Mex than anything else, but its good Tex-Mex.
Read some of the reviews, wish their experience was as good as ours, since we will be back for sure.

Great meal. We stayed at Coronado Springs recently, and Maya Grill was one of the best meals we had during our stay at Disney. The steak tacos are some of the best I've ever had, and my hubby raved about the steak fajitas. The service was prompt, and our server was friendly and attentive. Their house-made salsa was great, and the salsa verde was fantastic.

8 of us had excellent meals on our first night here. I had the salmon and I loved it. My brother asked what was in the bread's dipping oil and they gave us printed out recipes! Very nice staff and very good food.

Good, but Overpriced. Maya Grill makes very good food. You will enjoy the atmosphere, the attentive staff and, yes, the food. However, in my view, it does not match the quality of other restaurants in the area (Disney or otherwise) at this price. You won't be disappointed with it; just a little lighter in your wallet than is called for.

A little inconsistent. Some great meals and some ok. Never bad. Mixed grill is a good choice and usually the catch of the day is as well.

All the food and margaritas are really great with a reasonable price. I really recommend ordering the grill set, since it has various kind of meat served with tacos and rice which you can mix and match to enhance dining experience. Additionally, all of the meat were cook appropriately in terms of texture and seasoning.

Maya Grill is a must try if you're on the Disney's Coronado Springs resort. They're focused on Mexican cuisine, and the food is seasoned and cooked to perfection. The steak is tender and the shrimp is delicious. Unadvertised, there is live music every night. The guitarist will strum to the biggest hits and Disney favorites. Our 3yr loved watching him play while eating the cheese quesadilla. Their menu is very kid-friendly for families with children. We visited the restaurant twice for dinner during our stay. Service is amazing.

The food was great, but the service was having some issues on our recent visit. For starters, we checked in via the app and sat around for a while, but were never notified that our table was ready even though there was no one else around. After asking the staff, they informed us their system was down and proceeded to seat us. Usually when this happens, the app tells you it is unable to check in online. Thankfully, they sat us right away at this point. After being seated, it took longer than expected to have our orders taken and then the food took significantly longer to come to our table. At the end of the meal, there was an item we didn't order added to our check in error (which they corrected). It's possible a lot of these issues were related to their system problems, but we may have to try again and see if it goes better. The food was good enough that I would return despite the issues we had.

Day 1: Dinner at the Maya Grill located @disneyscoronadosprings we were checked in on time for our reservation at 6:45pm, we started with the chips and salsa trio which was simply fantastic. Our main entree we split the enchiladas with plantains they were amazing, for desert the fried ice cream is a must! Don't forget to listen to the live music by Marcello, he played wonderful hits such as My heart will go on, Sweet Caroline, Let it go, Beauty and the Beast, Here comes the sun, and many more. Overall 9/10 #mayagrill #mayagrillcoronardosprings #disneycoronadospringsresort #disneycoronadosprings #coronadosprings #coronadospringsresort

The steak was great. Not a big fan of the salsa and guacamole (could be way more authentic, it was like blended soup). The plantains were good but didn’t like cheese on it. But over all it was good and worth going.

Food was very solid. I was amazed the sous chef came out and talked to us about our opinion on the shrimp cocktail - that's great to see that they care about public opinion and make changes accordingly. Service was initially very slow but they improved as the night went on. The live music was fantastic but it was pretty weird when the guitarist finished that they didn't have any type of recording or playlist going and they left it in just silence. Each plate we got was plenty of food except the guac... Seemed a little undercut, even for an appetizer.

The Maya Grill is located on the Disney Coronado Springs property. We had to wait an hour for a table, even though there were many open tables available—maybe staffing shortages? We ordered the steak fajitas, which were flavorful and delicious. We also got the chicken nachos which we enjoyed as well. It would have been appreciated to have complementary chips and salsa offered before the meal. The service was excellent! There was a talented musician playing in the restaurant too. We would return!

Everything at the Maya grill is top-notch. Starting with the atmosphere, you feel like you're being transported to an aztec or mexican locale. The wait staff are authentic, friendly, and efficient. We had a wonderful time and will remember it for many years to come. Thank you for such a great experience.

This is in the Coronado Springs Resort at Disney. The atmosphere at night is beautiful and romantic. We had reservations for dinner and it is worth every bit of it. The food is delicious! The plate size is great and the wait wasn’t long. Everyone was courteous and very polite but we don’t expect anything less at Disney. We also had dessert and even though we were full from dinner there is always room for dessert!

Had a nice meal here last night on our final evening staying at this hotel as a group of four adults. Our server was friendly, the ambiance was great with the live guitar player playing spanish/mexican tunes. The food was not exceptional considering the high price but it was good. Ordered the chicken and beef fajitas. The three fajitas that came with the meal were really too small to hold all the food that can with the fajita platter so most of it was eaten individually. The portions were variable in size, lots of meat, beans and sweetcorn, hardly any sour cream, cheese or guacamole. Mini churros came with an extra bowl of vanilla ice cream which was very melted but nice. Would recommend eating here once as a treat if you are staying here.

Our waitress Brit was amazing! She said this one of the best foods on all of Disney property and some of the best drinks and it did not disappoint. The food was great the drinks are a heavy pour. The chipotle brussel sprouts were so delicious. Worth the price and the money. 10/10 would come dine here again.

Beautiful Spanish restaurant located in the Disney World resort. Wonderful variety of entrees and appetizers including traditional styles and updates to classics. Generous portions and very friendly and attentive staff. Variety of beer and cocktails, including a delicious take on Sangria made with tequila, to pair with your meal. Beef fajitas were flavorful and tender. Chicken enchiladas were packed with taste and smothered in cheese. Nachos were very tasty with a drizzling of Mexican crema, guacamole, and jalapeños. The atmosphere of the dining room is accented with wall coverings and paintings. There is also a roaming Spanish guitar player that adds to the mood.

Great spot for brunch before heading out. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food was very good, well seasoned, and good portion sizes. Not massive but, also not small. Neither of us completely finished our food. The French dip sandwich tasted flavorful for a typically bland prone menu item. My only critique is the quinoa salad I got as a side, it had zero flavor or seasoning at all. It was like ordering a salad and getting a cup of plain lettuce, not good.

Lovely atmosphere with a live guitarist playing modern cover songs. We came for New Year's Eve Eve dinner. Our Annual Pass discount was gladly accepted. Definitely recommend the Empanadas and their Sous vide Ribs. Empanadas were flaky and crispy with well stewed barbacoa and a spicy Limey ranchero sauce. The beef ribs were fatty and fall off the bone tender. Yum! We like it that way. The plantain rice was nothing to rave about but complimented the ribs well. The Impossible cake is not my favourite. The flan is baked on the chocolate cake, which is why they call it the Impossible cake. The chocolate cake was dry. The mango sauce is personally an odd pairing. We hear the churros are good. The sangria was cute and tasted like a fancy fruit punch. Overall, we really liked our experience.
