Delicious food! The can do most of the tacos gluten free. Guacamole is delightful with cilantro and loads of flavor! The tacos were loaded and flavorful! The corn tortilla was perfect!!! Lemongrass drink was refreshing and crisp.
Friendly service and amazing tacos. I highly recommend the Pozole Verde bowl and the black rooster asada taco. The taco was one of the best tacos I've ever had.

There are quite a few great taco places all in this area of Orlando, and to be honest, you’d be happy with many of them, but I still think Black Rooster Taqueria is one of the best options. It’s pretty expensive all things considered, but the flavor is all the way there with their tacos! They have an excellent selection of beef, pork, fish, and chicken tacos. They specialize in elevated tacos that are better and more unique than traditional street tacos! Alongside their tacos, they have an awesome drink selection (even making their own unique coffee as well), quite a few sides, and other entree options other than tacos. However, if you’re coming here for the first time, please do try their tacos - that’s what’s best. I’ve yet to have a bad one, and some of my favorites include their shrimp and chorizo taco, black rooster asada taco, crispy fish taco, and pork fat taco! Pick a few (4 is probably good per person), maybe get some guacamole for the table if you’re wanting an additional item, and you have the perfect meal right there! You don’t have to wait very long and the flavor is always consistent here. There are many gluten-free options by the way!! Great place - we will continue to visit for more good food!
Black Rooster Taqueria is a fabulous place to eat. Every single taco was phenomenal (from right to left Brisket, Pork Fat, and Black Roster Asda). It’s hard to stop eating the guacamole and chips as well as the chips and salad. Definitely a place you need to try if you love gourmet tacos.
Came into the most vibey, calm, street market taco place, and greated with a warm hello. I got the black rooster asada and Carne asada, They are hands down my favorite! The hibiscus tea is refreshing and hits the spot to wash down these delicious hand crafted treasures! Definitely a must try and a rare find!! Thanks for being open during the storm!

The tacos were so succulent and delicious. The plantains were sweet and cooked to perfection. Definitely high quality food cooked fresh on the spot and served in timely manner. The wait for the food was not long at all. There's no question that this will be saved on my list of places to return to on the next visit to Orlando!
This was our second time at this location and we still left impressed. We came in for a quick bite before an event, everyone was so nice and attentive. The food came out quick and so fresh! The Pork Fat tacos were our favorite — they are a must have!! Also the sweet plantains were so sweet and not oily! We will be back again! Thanks for the great food & service!
I’ve been to the Curry Ford location and really enjoyed the tacos so we decided to try the Mills location. It’s smaller but has a great vibe and as a bonus is next to The Guesthouse. We ordered an assortment of tacos including the, black rooster asada, achiote pork, carne asada, crispy fish and smoked beef brisket. We also started with the fresh guacamole and chips. All were savory and delicious. Just as good as the other location. I’d definitely return again.
Been here maybe 30 times in the past few years. The food is so good and straight forward. I’m finally writing a review because there’s one employee in particular that radiated my whole day from being so kind and genuine to me. Her name is Audrey and she made my experience delightful. It’s employees like that, that are hard to find. And I’m thankful for the interaction with them.
My must haves with this place is
1. Agua Fresca (it changes daily) that’s the best part because I won’t know what flavor until I get there.
2. Crispy fish taco. Hands down the best one on the menu.

The drink options are awesome and seating is limited but part of the experience.

Cool little spot off Mills. I had the house margarita along with their guac and ships. I ordered the fish and shrimp tacos, and both were tasty.
Amazing! The atmosphere is fun and eclectic. The service was great and the staff was super friendly. Loved every single bite! Tried all the different tacos and they were all delicious. Loved the made from scratch corn tortillas. The guacamole was creamy and super fresh. Their order of chips and salsa does not come with the typical pico de gallo. Instead, we got a taste of each one of their salsas. Highly recommend this place!
Black rooster is not the run of the mill Tex-Mex Taqueria. They serve high-quality craft items packed fresh ingredients loaded with flavor. Their staff is always very nice and it’s a cool upbeat atmosphere.
Absolutely wonderful food! So clean and fresh. You can tell they use quality and fresh ingredients. Don't change the recipes.. just fill your mouth hole and enjoy!! You won't regret it!
The meatball is alright not a fan of the flavors but it was not bad, the black rooster steak taco needed more cheese not enough, the shrimp and chorizo taco were a good portion size but they were okay. The pulled pork tacos were outstanding! Not dry and great in flavor, the tamale was absolutely amazing in every way. I would go back just for those. Service was great as well and fast while they were full.
Food was shockingly delicious. Some of the the taco combinations weren't what we are used to but we have all a try and to our surprise they were all decently good lol

Fried plantains tasted amazing with the sprinkle of salt they added. Tacos tasted great in a simple kind of way. They taste as good as they look and have a friendly staff.
