Above average food at an awesome pool! Drinks were expensive, but that's standard for a resort. Highly recommend staying at the Hard Rock hotel!

Food was better then I had hoped for.
But a big no, no to champagne from plastic cups (waitress apologized so not her fault). A heads up had been nice though.
Coctails 16$ and could have been a little bit better.
But all considered we where very happy!!
Lots of servers dressed in black. Drinks $15-25 so be prepared to spend. Automatic tip of 20% is included. They will deliver to the beach chairs or pool. The drinks were tasty and included plenty of booze. Try the mango blended drink.

Probably the best pool bar anywhere - great food, great drinks, great service.
For beer drinkers, they have about 20 beers on tap - plus a wide variety of cans available. Includes popular national brands plus imports and local beers as well.
The real treat are the mixed drinks and frozen drinks. Of course they have all the typical tropical drinks you’d expect at a resort, but they also have a wide array of unique twists on classic favorites. I love the Woodford Reserve Mule - a bourbon flavored Mule that is delicious and refreshing.
The food is great for a pool bar - served hot and quickly, even when it’s super busy. All the typical items like Quesadillas, burgers, wraps, nachos, etc - but all of it very high quality and much better than other pool bars.
Great entertainment on weekends - live DJ that plays a combo of classics and contemporary- but not your typical pool music - it’s the Hard Rock after all.
If you are staying with a group and want to be pampered a bit I’d recommend a cabana rental. The cabana gives you guaranteed shade plus chairs, lounge chairs and a large couch. Includes a fridge and TV as well so you can extend your day at the pool.
Cabana service is very good. Timely, quick and friendly. Always checking on you for food and drinks and always willing to accommodate requests. We ordered a bottle of Moët Ice and asked for some fruit and fresh herbs - they brought a wide selection so we could make our own champagne cocktails.

Excellent pool bar, great service. The bartender recommended the flatbread m’argüer it’s pizza for an afternoon snack and it did not disappoint! We got the Hendrick’s Experience and Running Blind for our drinks so we had a tasty and chilled out afternoon.
Bartenders are the best, feels like going to the neighborhood bar where everyone knows you. Best burger I’ve ever had too
The atmosphere here is great, backed up by the very friendly and helpful staff. Menu is great for a quick bite and/or drink before a quick dip in the pool. The pool movie nights are a great way to relax with a cold drink after a long day in the parks. A pool table is nearby & a games room for the kids & the musical entertainment & fun activities put on during the day keep the fun going all day & night. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Had a good time here quite a few times on our 2 week stay. The bar staff were great and very friendly. They made you feel welcome and remembered our names and drinks. Nice place to round off your night after a long day in the parks.
The food here is very good. I definitely recommend it!
Amazing food, alcoholic and non-logical beverages. There is non-stop entertainment from 12 noon until about 9.30pm. Also there are several televisions in the bar where you can watch ice hockey, basketball, baseball etc. Overall, a very pleasant place to be.
Food was good and the pool was fantastic ending of a long day,especially for kids. Took nachos,quesadilla and Cesar salad-all was excellent

Great hotel, location is perfect, short walk and you're in the park. Staff very friendly and professional. If concidering universal, I would recommend this hotel.
Great staff. I dislike that gratuities are added automatically. I normally tip more than what is there automatically. I hate not being able to decide though.
