This place is always busy and I have an idea why. The burgers are delicious!! The Smashed Oklahoma Onion Burger was my pick. My friend chose the All American! Cooked to your liking and brought out with fresh fries. So good! Don’t miss this place if you’re staying at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel. It’s worth your time and money!!
In restaurant row in Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. Ginette is an outstanding server. Personable, attentive, and friendly.
Table space is tight inside the actual restaurant but overflow seating is available in the walkway that provides fun "people-watching" while you dine.
Buffalo Wings appetizer was incredible! Crispy on the outside, yet cooked to perfection.
Mushroom Swiss burger was the best burger I've ever had! Perfectly cooked with hot & crisp, seasoned fries with delicious bread 'n butter pickle chips. Jarlsberg, Swiss & Gruyere cheeses with Fungi Jon Mushrooms blended together with Black truffle Mayo make this a burger you don't want to pass up! Enjoy!
Really enjoyed this place! We were at Rosen Shingle during Hurricane Ian, and the restaurant employees were amazing! The places were packed 24/7 but they had amazing customer service. The food was also amazing, I had the chicken and waffle (the waffle was burnt on the bottom) but I was too hungry to complain I also went another night and had the buffalo wings which were yummy! If you stay at the Rosen I highly recommend stopping by Tobias'
We were here for Florida Realtors Convention & this was our last meal. The food was delicious and our server Fouad was phenomenal! He was funny, kind, and so helpful! I wish I would have taken photos of our food but it was eaten before I got the chance to! Can't wait to come back here
Had the black and blue burger, wife had the shrimp and grits and they make a flatbread pizza or burgers for kids as well. Very nice establishment industrial type decor super clean food came out very quickly excellent staff serving great food. A little pricey but about standard for a restaurant in a resort in my opinion well worth the hassle of not having to leave the hotel grounds. Also very nice selection of alcoholic drinks as well.
The food is good and you can expect to pay a little more for the convenience of staying and eating at your hotel. The service was great and I sat where I could watch other conference people walk by, which allowed me to say hi to people I knew and meet new people. :-) I had a pesto chicken sandwich with fries ($15) and a diet coke ($2.75). Total of $22.90 with sales tax and tip.
UPDATE 6/21/2022: was here for a conference and things have degraded a bit. I ordered Chicken Pesto and they gave me the Turkey Burger. :-( I didn't want to be annoying, so I just ate it, but also notice that the fries have changed and decreased. However, the prices are higher. :-) I reduced from 5 to 4 stars.
I had a delicious burger here. There were also some interesting Florida beer options and a fairly extensive whiskey list to choose from. The bartender was friendly and attentive too.
Great food and drinks selection. Our service was fast even though they were packed. Food was fantastic and the locally brewed beer I selected was great as well.
Chris the bartender was excellent! The best we found in Orlando- he handled our entire conference Group! Such a fun place!
Great Burger smothered in 2 kinds of cheese, and sauteed onions. They have several burgers on the Menu. They all looked amazing. The ones we had were amazing. Large portions and side of fries.
Service is fast.
We were greeted by 3 different employees who made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to accommodate our need for accessible seating. The four of us all ordered the daily special which came out to us in no time. We only had to ask for a refill once which is really good because we drink quickly. Everything was hot and well seasoned. The table was clean and well supplied with napkins and condiments. The four of us ate for $72 that includes gratuity. Only 4 stars because of value.
We ate here twice during our most recent stay. Both times at the bar since there was just 2 of us. The service was excellent even during the rush of convention attendees. We found the food to be exceptional. Our favorites were the chicken sandwich, the salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing, and the banana pudding with Nutella. The cheesesteak flatbread is good also. But a little bland in comparison to this concept’s other menu choices. Tobias takes ordinary American pub fare and adds its own unique spin to create flavor sensations. We will definitely be back on our next visit to the Rosen.
My margarita was good. My burger was good. The pickles were sweet, but I liked them. I'd go back. This is inside the Rosen Shingle Creek.
This is the best food at the Rosen. Best service too. Try the chicken appetizer. It is a huge pile of chicken...not as spicy as I thought it would be. Very good.
Food tasted really good. Burgers were just the right size, but the Cajun Gumbo was on the small side for the $17 price, even though the waitress said it was a large portion. Atmosphere was nice, casual and classy with great beers.
We stayed at the Rosen Shingle Creek resort and ate at Tobias Burger & Brew. The food and service was the best, most friendly waiter ever. Thank you again, we will eat there again.

The bartender made our night she was friendly and entertaining. I am glad we made the decision to get a night cap. Thank you Courtney!
It was our first time trying a restaurant at Shingle Creek. The food was excellent and the waitress was very curteous. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the baked pretzel we had for the appetizer was also very good. I would really recommend this place if you're staying at the hotel.
