We chose La Boucherie because it’s magical dining month and we wanted something a little different. My first impression was that, unlike many French restaurants, La Boucherie isn’t pretensions. The menu, service and atmosphere all seemed quite relaxed. The food was good. We both had the lamb shank and creme brûlée — both good but not the best I’ve ever had. All in all, a good restaurant.
Great place for brunch! Our server Krista was very attentive and helpful. Many options to choose from on the menu and a great full drink selection. Owner came over to introduce himself. A pleasant delight in Orlando. We will be back soon!
Stopped in on a whim. Live music was great. Owner stopped by and thanked us for visiting. Our initial service was a bit slow, but fine afterward. The bread was delicious. For entree, I had the duck breast, wife had salmon. Both were cooked perfectly to our preferences. The veggies were a bit greasy, however they still tasted good. I'd take a friend there. Good stuff
We were seated right away, we opted for patio seating. The French bread is spectacular! Served hot and crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! Love it, I ordered seconds lol-
I had brunch so I went with the steak and eggs!
Everyone’s temp on the steak is different so if you usually like medium well, order it medium instead.
I definitely will be coming back with my girl friends!
Escargot 🐌 to go! Yes please! Don’t forget the crispy roast chicken and potatoes and green beans! So delicious! I haven’t had juicy (non fried) chicken like this since Thailand and Paris! You will love this place. I come from Winter Garden to get this and loved the bone marrow too! ♥️
Absolutely loved la boucherie. We had the maxi plate, sea bass and the short rib. It was all so fantastic. There was someone playing flamenco guitar and the bar tender came over to our table to ask us what we would like to drink. Very positive experience. Would highly recommend!
Stopped by on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. I was shopping next door and caught off guard how nice of a restaurant this place is, highly recommend. I had the 3 course meal for 35 (salad, salmon, and creme brulee) and it was excellent. Live music was a nice touch, especially with how empty the restaurant was. I'd stop by again no question.
We found this restaurant looking to eat something different. Everything was good except the potato cake it was bland and greasy it needed more seasoning it was absolutely disgusting! The lamb shank was super salty!that dish overall was a mess. On the other hand the chicken very moist and delicious, the desserts and the ratatouille dip were extremely tasty and my son's burger was super tasty and good size for a husky boy that doesn’t fill-up with bite size kids burgers 🍔! The ambiance was very nice, good and fast service and beautiful decor. Nice and polite staff!
This was our place to go when we were staying for our vacation in Orlando. We’ve been there three times as the food is flavorful and delicious. Salmon, steak and Caesar salad are the best!
The atmosphere was enjoyable and inviting. We especially appreciated the waiter Russel. He is super friendly and professional, has great customer service and attentiveness to the patrons. We had great conversations and Russel made us feel welcomed. Thank you for everything!
I had the Croque Madame. From my first bite to my last bite it was sensational. The bread brought to the table reminded me of my vacation in France. The croissant sandwich was next level for my friend. We were full so we took home some dessert. The crème brûlée was wonderful and the meringue in sauce anglaise was the divine. The meringue was like the top of a lemon meringue pie and the sauce was sweet like custard. Would recommend.
I’ve been to this place a few times, uncovered it during burger week and let me tell you their burger was one of my favorites that I tried around orlando that week so I had to come back and try real meals. All the plates that I’ve tried have been fresh, meats have been tendered and the service is phenomenal. Even did a happy hour event w/ some co workers and everyone loved it. Perfect place for a date or a nice dinner. I believe in Friday’s they have live music on their patio.
We are so happy La Boucherie participated in Magical Dinning this year. Otherwise, we never would have known they existed. Just around the corner from "Restaurant Row," La Boucherie is an amazing gem tucked away in an unassuming shopping plaza on Turkey Lake, just north of Sand Lake Rd. In an area where expensive chain restaurants dominate, La Boucherie is a privately owned small business.
My husband and I ordered off the Magical Dinning menu. We had the escargot and beef carpaccio for apps, and we both had braised short ribs for our entree. Everything was just impeccable. The food, the service, the cocktails...EVERYTHING! We were especially impressed by the owner who introduced himself when he brought us our bread. We watched him constantly monitor the dining room, checking on tables, running food, and making sure everyone had everything they needed. Our waitress was very attentive and personable. While the hubby and I were discussing what cocktail we wanted, another waitress overhead our conversation and made recommendations based on what she heard. Her recommendations were spot on, and the drinks were delicious.
We were excited to learn from our waitress that they offer brunch on the weekends and can't wait to try it. We will be back, and we will bring friends/family! We are very much looking forward to trying other dishes. Recommend 10/10!
I would rate this place 4 stars overall. Good food, but we had higher expectations to be honest, considering it’s first french restaurant chain in Orlando. Food was under salted and was not exquisite as expected. Portions were big and prices were reasonable so we are still happy and most likely will be back.
I wish interior had more thought put into it, it was super primitive and music was weird. Caribbean music in french place? A bit odd.
Deserts were too notch hoverer! Very delicious and big enough to share.
Cheese plate was very plain and a bit sad, no unique or interesting cheeses at all, just regular cheese you would get from a grocery store.

Very friendly staff and tasty food made the visit very enjoyable. The restaurant is clean and quiet. We celebrated my wife's birthday and they were super sweet to her. I'd gladly return.
For a mothers day shout out, I realize this review is late. But the fact that I still remember names, goes to show you how great of a time we had there!
I called really late for dinner reservations on mothers day and John was super accommodating. My party of four adults were treated like VIP and given a free birthday desert. Kevin was our server and he was super friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. We had such laughs with the staff....if you are reading this review, just go there already!
The food was amazing too and the cocktail they recommended were on point. If I lived there, that would be my local....no doubt! John, Kevin and team, thanks for doing your job with so much passion.
This was our first time visiting and it won’t be our last. We went in with no reservation hoping we could be seated and we were. The front attendant was pleasant and walked us to our outside table. Russell was our server and let me just say 10/10 on customer service. We ordered two starters which were delicious!!! Escargot & Bone Marrow and let me say both were exquisitely well Seasoned and melted in my mouth. Come check out this restaurant def. won’t regret it ☺️
Everything we had was delicious! Escargot, bone marrow, filet, ribeye, mahi mahi, mushrooms, vegetables, and the BEST creme brulee we've EVER had! The live guitar music was outstanding!
