Food is good, I had breakfast and dinner. Some dishes were overly seasoned but other than that it's good. I wish it had healthier options though.

Been eating here every morning this week since I was here for a conference. They have tons of gluten free options and our waiter has been absolutely amazing. Maureen is a gem for this restaurant establishment. She’s kind, caring and attentive to guests’ needs. I can’t wait to come back again soon!

First, food here is good and service is exceptional. It is a beautiful place inside of hilton palace hotel. Price is average for the area, but it is totally worth. Come enjoy or have your event planned here. I had dinner and participated in some events too. Both were amazing. Thanks for the great service.

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Letterpress inside the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace where my experience was significantly enriched thanks to an exceptional server named Hector. Not only did Hector's exceptional service leave a lasting impression on my mother and I, but it also heightened our overall dining experience and made our visit memorable. From the moment we sat down, Hector's warm smile and genuine enthusiasm were contagious. He greeted us with such genuine friendliness that it immediately put us at ease and made us feel welcomed. Hector's positive energy and infectious enthusiasm added a delightful touch to my dining experience. Also our dinner was nothing short of delicious. The food was exceptional and the service from everyone in the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Whoever the chef is they are the best!! Food was fresh and the chili soup was the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Letterpress for dinner! 5 out of 5!!!

A truly wonderful dining experience! My mom and I went for our last magical dining weekend dinner and had an amazing meal that was so good I had the manager bring the chef out so I could hug him!! We both had the gumbo which was rich and flavorful. My mother had the yellowtail snapper, lightly battered, fried and served with rice and slaw. I had the shrimp and grits which were creamy with a hint of spice. For dessert, my mom went with the bourbon pecan pie and I had key lime pie. Everything was fantastic! We will be back! Did I mention I had to hug the chef to thank him for such an amazing meal?!

Breakfast here is still one of the better options in Orlando. It was far better before Covid, but with Hilton's greedy removal of free breakfast for Gold and Diamond members, its now overly expensive. This in turn means fewer opt to eat here and hence, fewer options than before. I especially miss the doughnut wall. You'll pay an extra $10 over the continental option to have the full buffet. This only adds an egg chef and some potatoes, sausage, etc. The (grandmotherly) lady welcoming you is delightful. Breakfast is still given in Europe and Asia, so I rarely support the US greed.

Such friendly service in a bright, airy and lovely space. I stopped by for a to-go order before catching a flight, but unfortunately spilled my entire meal onto the ground before I could even take a bite. Brenda took one look and assured me she’d place a duplicate order for me and brought it out to me right away knowing my time constraints (even when she was off the clock for a shift change)! I’m so grateful for the staff here - I was able to catch my flight with a full belly thanks to them. Thank you, Brenda, for your kindness!

The eggs were a little runny for my over medium taste. It was busy that morning but if you are paying $40 a person you want the eggs to come out right. It's the one food you just can send back.

We dined here multiple times during our stay, and I liked the wild mushroom short ribs and salmon. Breakfast buffet was fine too.

Grace was the best server ever. We have eaten here four times and by far she was the most pleasant. She needs a raise!!

If you need a quiet, calm breakfast while staying at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace, Letterpress is a good option. It's a little expensive for the continental breakfast, but if you have kids five and under, they eat free so it may be worth it. They have a spread of food from eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit and even an omelet bar. They serve coffee and have apple and orange juice. They can even make waffles as part of the continental breakfast. Service is friendly, the space spacious and it's well-decorated. On the way out, grab a piece of candy near the host station.
