We had an absolutely lovely time. We came in on a whim at 630; they had a 7 table open. Very reasonable wait time for hibachi with no reservation! We got a first love sushi roll which was quick to arrive and delicious! We had edamame and that was just the right amount of salt! For dinner we did one of the dinner for 2s and it was soooo much food! We both left full and had some left overs! I got a peach passion drink and it was awesome!

I LOVE this place! Been here just once and it made me question why I don't drive the 3+hour road trip every weekend to Orlando from Miami just for them. Every person in their is so welcoming and kind, the staff are so accommodating! The food was fantastic and the price was perfect for what we received. I would recommend anyone to come to this establishment! I personally got the spider roll and their specialty Oishi roll. My wife got a sushi combo and everything was delicious! The desert was the icing on the cake (almost literally), so if you ever do come I definitely think you NEED to get the fried cheesecake!

I will be coming back every time I’m in Orlando! It’s a family owned restaurant, and the moment you walk in they treat you like family. They’re all so sweet and funny. The food was absolutely amazing! The ginger salad, miso soup, sushi and the hibachi was delicious. I had the Sex on the Moon sushi roll and it’s the best roll I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to go back!

I took my family to this restaurant while they were in town for the Holidays. Groupon had a pretty decent deal so I took advantage of it. Not too bad. The place is located in a plaza with three other restaurants next to it. Looks like they all belong to the same owner, since they were all connected by a corridor. Once you walk in, you will notice how well decorated the place is. It is a very nice looking restaurant and also very clean and organized. The staff was great and very friendly. Our group enjoyed a teppanyaki dinner, which was great decision because the Chef was great. He did a great job cooking, entertaining and being super funny. The kids in our group really enjoyed the experience as well as the adults. The food was okay, nothing spectacular, but very decent. They will give you a ton of food, so you will be taking leftovers if you choose to. Not bad at all and I might pay them another visit if I'm in the area.

We were entertained and enjoyed the food! Thank you Oishi for a great experience. Also my daughter ordered the philly roll and most places put avocado in them but here they dont. When I asked about it the waiter brought her some sliced avocado to put on it and she was so happy!

Went for a delicious sushi dinner tonight and Oishi did not disappoint! Great food presentation and plating! Has a wonderful atmosphere for a family outing, the menu is kid-friendly. I had the rainbow roll and it was scrumptious!

Food and atmosphere were amazing! We spent the day at Universal and were starving and exhausted. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and the host and team could not have been any nicer. They welcomed us in and treated us like royalty. The service was impeccable! The food was amazing! We were there well past closing time and the staff never rushed us or showed any frustration with us keeping them late. If I could, I would rate this restaurant with 10 or 15 stars. We highly recommend it and will be back again this weekend!

We have been coming here for 2 decades. This is our fav and go to sushi restaurant when in town for vac. The food is very good, they use high quality sushi fish. Restaurant is clean, servers are very attentive. The fresh made miso dressing is the best I have ever tasted - it's out of this world!! Lee and linda took this restaurant to the next level.

The sushi is amazing! It was some of the best we have had outside of Japan. They had actual Japanese beer that was quite tasty. The hibachi food was also very good. They have a good selection on their children's menu and the place was very clean. Also, our server was awesome! He went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Definitely a great place to eat at.

Super good food. Gyoza broke the law, it was so perfectly fried. We had a long day at SeaWorld and this place healed my soul. The lobster roll/boat was clutch.

Our family dined here while visiting Orlando and we loved the food and service so much that we went back again next day. A week later i was at a conference and I recommended the place to my whole team and our whole team enjoyed it here which included vegetarians and it was a new find for the local team members too. We loved the fact that they took care of us very well. We enjoyed the hibachi teppanyaki, and my favorite part was the salad with the ginger dressing. Save room for their dessert while dining as their dessert was outstanding. Thank you Oishi team !! I will visit again next year with my family 😊

We stopped by Oishi for the first and I’ll definitely be back. The atmosphere was nice, the employees were friendly and helpful. I was torn between a few items on the menu and the waitress helped me choose between them. She recommended the yakinikuju, which is flavorful sirloin strips sautéed with onions over white rice and pickled ginger. The dish can with ginger salad and miso soup which could’ve been standout menu items by themselves. I also ordered the shrimp tempura roll and it as tasty as it was beautiful. My nephew ordered the unagi avocado roll and the spider roll. When I asked him to describe them so I’d know what to put in the review he said “they’re good” 🤣. He also ordered the seaweed salad and miso soup as his sushi rolls did not come with the extra sides. Altogether we spent around $70 between the both of us and walked away with a lot of food. I had to get a box, and I can’t wait to finish mine later.I’m looking forward to stopping by this place again. They knocked it out of the park. EDIT: We went back the next day and tried the Hibachi shrimp which came with fried veggies, friend rice, and vegetable noodles. It also came with miso soup and ginger salad. My nephew got the kalamari and katsudon which also came with miso soup and the ginger salad. He also told me that the miso soup was “the best miso soup he had ever had”. Coming from a man of few words, I think that says a lot.

I picked up take out from here. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Got back to my hotel, where my wife was waiting, and started eating. The Takoyaki was very flavorful and the octopus inside was amazingly tender! We savored every bite. We got three sushi rolls and were very pleased. Finished with the miso soup…amazing flavor. I highly recommend trying this restaurant out. My wife and I will definitely be eating here again!

Atmosphere was incredible, quiet, and clean! Food portions were plentiful and the Chefs were amusing and talented. Definitely recommend it. The 1 star they didn't get: the prices were a bit higher than expected and there is no online menu so we didn't know what to expect coming in. They were not as affordable as they used to be. It cost over $100 for 2 of us.

Food was wonderful. Had a waitress who started out waiting on us and then decided not to continue waiting on us. Reason unknown. Then when time for the check, although we asked her for it, she ignored us and didn't bother to let the waiter know we were ready for check out, that took over. She was standing right behind us for the most part. So we sat there for an extra 30 to 40 minutes. I would not go back to this place for that reason. Even though we were no longer being served by her, she could have told the other server. Service is just as important as food to me. Too many other good places to go too where the service is better.

I came to their spot with my best friend and tried their beef udon and IT WAS INCREDIBLE! The beef was soft and the broth was so flavorful and filling. The manager and young waitress were so kind and helpful. They checked in on us to ensure that we were enjoying the meal, they both were very down to earth and even cracked a few jokes. Their customer service was more than I hoped it would be and I'll definitely return! Thank you!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out customer service was outstanding. The food was excellent and I had to order more. PLEASE if you are in the Orlando area stop at Oishi Ultimate Japanese Hibachi & Sushi. You will not regret it. Our family will remember this amazing experience forever!!
