Let me just say that this place could have a way better rating if it was properly staffed and take all the clutter away.
Came in for the first time on Father's Day to have dinner. The first impression is a eye sore , they have SO many artesanal statues EVERYWHERE that they are selling with big "not touch" signs and price tags ( like on every single corner).
We come in and we waited about 5 min before someone showed up and sat us down. Waited another 10 mins before our server came in. The entire time we were there we only saw 2 employees (our server and the lady cleaning the tables)
Their menu is way to big so we stick to the short version that they also gave us.
To drink I had a Thai beer Singha and my hubby had a cold thai tea.
To eat I had the World noodle pho and it was very tasty. I added some spice to it to make it spicy to my taste.
Hubby had the Thai fried rice with special combinations (pork, chicken, shrimp, beef) .
We also took the fried cheesecake to go and we also thought it was good.
The food came Fairly quick with not much waiting. In general if you have time to wait and have some patience then I recommend . Our server did the best she could, but they are definitely understaffed. And they need to get rid or open a separate store or area for all the artesanal statue they are trying to sell.
I love me some pho idc if it’s 20 degrees outside or 100 degrees, pho is a must lol

I agree with the other reviews, that you are not immediately acknowledged when entering, but no biggee AT ALL. (More important things to complain about 😊)
Once seated service was prompt & attentive.
The ambience was EVERYTHING!! 🤩 this place is huge!!
I was so overwhelmed with the amazing decor and every item was super clean.
I ordered the seafood pho (I checked the menu prior to visiting, it was the same price online as the menu in the restaurant?- I don’t feel it was over priced at all. - my check was $24 bucks for an app& entree - come on ppl it’s not Micky Ds
I also ordered the tofu as an app- it was good and so was the sauce that comes with it.
The seafood pho was cooked to perfection, it came out hot ,was not salty at all & loaded with seafood chunks.
I may dine in 1 more time before heading home. ❤️
good and various foods, very diverse! place is a little empty and servers take a while but they’re nice 👍
The food was amazing, the staff was nice, and the atmosphere was calm. I would recommend trying the pineapple fried curry rice for someone with a sweet tooth. Definitely coming back again.

Great food and great service..... I know we came late towards closing time but after flying over from California and Disney during the day with a soon to be 2 years old, they still serve us well with care. We had a party of 8 with way too many dishes but our Filipino waiter was nice and kind to chit chat with and our cook was Thai. Every food was presented well tasted delicious. This place is amazing as its very diverse in culture as you can see in menu

I am back to Shabu Shabu because food is delicious! I ordered the same thing - See Ew noodles, fried tofu, and miso soup. I was there with the same people - my bestie and her now 10-yea-old daughter (my niece). The food was still amazing! The only issue was that we weren't seated for a while - no one came to us, there was no one to guide us to the table, it was empty. And finally the guy came, sat us, and didn't give us any utensils or anything. The actual server was a sweetheart though.

I've been to Shabu Shabu twice and both times it was a great experience. The food is absolutely delicious (I ordered tofu and See-Ew noodles) and the service excellent! The place itself is very interesting - I had a 6-year-old niece quietly explore all the interesting things :-) I would love to come back again!
We loved everything about this place; the decor is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We had a variety of noodle bowls, and every single one of them was tasty and fresh. I appreciated that the 'spicy' Thai soup was spiced to MY liking (I went mild). I have a new favorite dessert: Thai Grandma Ice Cream - absolutely ridiculous how good this was. We will definitely be back for more!
Great experience, had the hot pot shabu shabu trio beef, chicken and salmon. Customer service lovely. We ended with mango sticky rice. It was good to try new food and the taste was quite appealing. Will do again
Dining here is an experience! Our waitress, Mercy, was spot on with everything! The Shabu Shabu meal was a spectacular fun event that was delicious! And then there is the Art... Original Oriental & Asian - fully sculpted wooden tables & chairs, Buddha's, and so much more authentic work! I would definitely recommend! And 4 people ate and we left full at reasonable price!!

It is a place with many details, when you enter you feel that you traveled to traditional Vietnam, the decoration is extravagant in a good way, order some very good egg rolls, the delicious sea food pho soup, the excellent lemon grass beff and the exceptional service, The waitress is very friendly, helpful and willing despite being alone in the whole restaurant to receive, seat people, take orders from the tables, bring food and others. The only thing that I did not like was a little the smell of the rest place, everything was very good.
by the way the traditional thai tea do not stop trying it is excellent
Such a large establishment & the food is very good. Portions are very large. We stopped here during spring break with the kids & they really enjoyed their food. We did not use the cookers in the tables, but I'd have to say, everything was clean.
I wouldn’t expect the this place from the outside to look so beautiful like a museum inside. Designer did an awesome job, Bravo!
The hostess and servers were super nice and helpful, I was surprised with variety of soups and got so excited to get mine (as I’m a soup lover), however my Pho had a very weird taste and those small white pieces ruined my impression I didn’t get what it was, but when I tried to smell it I almost threw up on the table.. sorry for such details. I tried to eat some broth and couldn’t help but had to return it. Our nice waitress politely suggested to get anything else and I took noodles to go, but unfortunately couldn’t eat them because my stomach was sick for 2 days.
I give this place 4 stars for an amazing service and atmosphere, but still have very confusing emotions about this experience and won’t eat any Vietnamese food for a while
Found this gem in attempt to try authentic Vietnamese & Japanese food. My husband tried shabu shabu to satisfy his anime fantasies (since he says anime food always looks good) and I personally had beef pho. Service was great and we were politely taken care of by Mercy. Food came out very quickly as well with great portions for the prices. The place is decorated so nicely that you'd think you were somewhere else! We are for sure going back
We are so appreciative of this restaurant for helping us with a meal today. We were in need of a warm meal after all our things were stolen.from us! The receptionist gave us some fried rice. The food was amazing!
My kids and I had a day without Daddy (my hubby) and we elected to have lunch there. Near the Sea World and Discovery Cove, the restaurant was right on International Drive. The interior design was beyond fantastic! We have lived in South East Asia for 8 years, and I have to say the restaurant had high end, genuine, classic decor. Those decor is for sale, the staff told me.
We ordered Shabu Shabu (beef and pork) and udon miso soup, along with cold Thai tea. The food, the service, the atmosphere all was in great harmony. Shabu Shabu is something Westerners don't do: mainly playing with the food!! Had so much fun with the kids, especially talking about different cultures and food etiquette.

Ordered the Summer Roll and Dumplings for starters. Wow. Appetizers came out fast. Tasted great. The World famous Pho was delicious. The Drunken Chicken Noodles was so flavorful. A must go to place!!!
