After a stellar recommendation from a coworker, we finally got to try Zeytin out last night and let me say, the recommendation didn't even do this place justice - it was somehow even better than we expected (and we expected A LOT!). We immediately were welcomed and treated like long-time regulars. Chatting it up with Michelle, we were so lucky and were given a few extra things to try and OH MAN was the food incredible. I can't imagine you could find something there you wouldn't like, but the lamb sauté and iskander kabob were to die for. We were treated to a taste of the baklava and I've never been so full and happy off of one bite of dessert.
I can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work here. The quality of the food is unreal, and the people who serve/make it are even more incredible. If you want a dinner filled with delicious food, wonderful service & the feeling of being "home" while being immersed in another culture, this is the place for you. We cannot wait to come back!!!
This is my new favorite place. It’s a free standing building with a great atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like you’re in Orlando. The food is incredible. The staff is great.
Lived and worked in Turkey with Special OPs. Humbly the best Turkish food in Orlando. Owner and chef delivers a taste from Turkey like no other. Great atmosphere and staff.
Fabulous food and wine-I highly recommend! The food is homemade and authentic.
The food is amazing. If your looking to eat authentic Turkish cuisine and are in the Orlando area this is the place to go!
This place is phenomenal. If you are looking for what it feels like to eat Turkish food in the home of a lovely family, THIS IS THE PLACE!! Michelle was our waitress and had what I call the golden circle of service. She was warm, engaging, informative, and was perfectly on par with when to come to the table to check on us or refill our drinks.
We shared the Appetizer sampler for 4, the Mixed grill for 2, and kunefe between 3 grown adults, and we all left fully satisfied. On the appetizer we had hummus, solsupatlican, ezme, and cacik, and they gave us babagnush as an additional for free! Every single one was delicious with the fresh, warm lavas bread. The mixed grill was stunning, even the rice by itself was scrumptious. If you want to try something new, please please please come here.
The interior furnishings are so beautiful. The food is spectacular and the wait staff is so friendly. Going back soon....
Family friendly, Excellent food and customer service. A true hidden gem. I will be back each visit.
Finally got to have dinner here and what a wonderful night. Really enjoyed the food. What a great surprise to see a friend from my past. They have very fresh food and the flavors were wonderful. We will be back.

Great service! Excellent food! Romantic atmosphere! Turkish decorations and music transport you to another land. Highly recommended!!!!
Delicious food and great atmosphere. The service was wonderful. Definitely our new favorite place!
First time trying Turkish cuisine and I couldn’t have found a more perfect place. The owners are extremely friendly and willing to tell you about the different foods they have to offer. The food is amazing, perfectly seasoned and well balanced with its servings. Will definitely be coming back to this gem of Orlando. Make sure to get a reservation as it is a small place this is not something you want to miss out on.
This cute restaurant was amazing from start to finish. It is reservation only, but once you call you will be introduce to Michele who is the definition of amazing service. When you arrive, Michele will greet you and be your server. She will make you feel like you’ve been a regular there for YEARS. The food is amazing and have huge portions. It was loaded with so much flavor and you could tell that it was all homemade. Chef Z mans the kitchen himself!!! We got the lavas bread with haydari and sautéed eggplant for an appetizer and the bread was so good fresh out of the oven that we couldn’t resist eating it all! For an entree we split the Feta Cheese Pide and the Iskender Kebab. The pide is a Turkish flatbread with the cheese baked in (kind of like a pizza meets a calzone) and the Iskender kebab had delicious sliced lamb on top of seasoned bread with a tomato sauce and dallop of yogurt. We had to take about half home. For dessert we had baklava that literally melted in your mouth. One of our new places to frequent
Delicious and authentic Turkish food, plus its all halal. Michele served us,she was very friendly. We always enjoy their food, this time we took our friends there and they also loved the food. Always recommend to our family and friends.
Wonderful place. We got there right at 4. (Def recommended to get there early) Michelle served us and so was so incredibly nice. The food was so fresh, high quality, and flavorful. Didn’t take a pic of everything we ate but I’ll share some of it. Highly recommend for the food and service!
Delicious and authentic food! Michele was very friendly and explained menu to my kids, it just felt like home! Food is fresh! Just make sure you call ahead and make reservations! I totally recommend this place!
I just came here for some good food on my birthday. Instead, I had some of the best food and service I've had in a long time from a friendly face in Michelle. Give this place a shot, because there's so much to enjoy here!
Delectably divine dining! The food was outstanding and was made to order. All of the ingredients were fresh and vibrant. Customer service was exceptional as it was a family run business. Even the customers were friendly and I had a chat with several tables of strangers with one table even sharing their bottle of wine with me. This is a place where everyone knows your name 😂🥂
Highly recommended!
Michelle greeted us at the door and was attentive throughout our dinner without ever being intrusive. The food is authentically Turkish, fresh and delicious. We felt very welcomed, as if we had been to visit a friend.
We observed how she tended to a family at the next table with two little kids, and another table with an elderly family member. Making helpful suggestions to each of the groups having varying levels of familiarity with Turkish cuisine. Absolutely lovely evening, scrumptious food and warm, welcoming hostess. Also our congratulations to the chef in the back who is the wizard preparing all the lovely food.
I had a fantastic experience at Zeytin. Both Z and Michelle, such a lovely couple, take their work very seriously. Everything was ver fresh and delicious. Lentil soup was amazing together with the fresh bread. Lamb was made medium perfectly and it was delicious along with the rice and sides. By the way, not many restaurants can make rice that well as if it was cooked at home just for few people. Then, I also had baklava made by Z. Now, the relative comparison part: because Zeytin was closed on Monday, I went to Bosphorus at their Winter Park location and it was a pretty bad experience. I will not go into the details here because this review is written to recognize and appreciate the great service and delicious food by Michell and Z at Zeytin. Thank you!
Absolutely amazing!! The hostess/waitress/manager was so friendly. We got lucky and didn’t have a reservation but we ate before the dinner rush. Call early to get a spot as there are only five tables!
Food was incredible. They even threw in some hummus and some pieces of baklava on the house! One of my favorite restaurants. We will be back every time we are in Orlando.
