I wanted to start the year off with some new restaurants and after following jade online for a while I figured it was time I paid them a visit. I pushed it off for a while because I was skeptical that it would be worth while.
We went in around 6 pm on a Sunday for dinner and thankfully it wasn't too busy. When we walked in the hostess immediately greeted us and showed us to our seats. With in what seemed like seconds the server was already bringing out some waters.
We reviewed the menu and the server stopped by every couple of minutes to see if we needed anything or had any questions about the menu. Everything sounded delicious, but we eventually started off with the wow boa, Mongolian wings, and shrimp nigiri. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided any information we needed about the dishes.
The shrimp nigiri arrived on a fish shaped plate with some wasabi. I'm not a huge wasabi fan but theirs was awesome. Slightly sweet and fresh tasting.
Next we received both the Mongolian wings and the boas; at that point we gave the waiter our order. The presentation of everything looked awesome and both dishes were hot when they came out. Both dishes were very good with tons of flavor. My only grip would be more pork belly in the buns but it was still very good.
As for the main course we ordered the general tso chicken and the sizzling evil ribs. They give you a very large portion of food with both of these dishes, and the evil ribs come with a show. The ribs were something special. Very juicy and tender on the inside with this thick crusty bark out the outside. I wasn't sure the purpose for the cheesy sauce that comes with it but it worked. It was almost like a neutralizer for the spiciness so you could dive right back in. As a man i can admit I almost cried when the were gone; not because I was still hungry but because I didn't want that magical moment to end. As for the general tso chicken, it came with tons of well glazed juicy/tender chunks of chicken. No tiny little pieces of chicken either. It wasn't to spicy which was okay since we had the ribs to balance it out.
Over all every item we ordered was worth it. The prices are very fair for the portions and quality of food you get. The service was perfect and the waiter did a phenomenal job being attentive and making conversation during his visits. I told my wife so many times that I felt like I was in another world because the atmosphere was so relaxing and heavenly. I was confident that I knew what I would receive as far as the food went based off the information the server provided. He even gave me a drop of sauce I now call the death drop, This fire of a sauce that gives you a rush with just the tiniest little drop. Which I ended up asking for more for some strangle reason, so I was on fire the entire time.
Oh let me not forget the yummy peanut butter cookie cup dessert thing we had. It was this creamy whipped peanut butter chilled and served with ice cream. It almost looks like ice cream sandwich but way more sophisticated and mind blowing. We tried to figure out what exactly it was and our final conclusion was the perfect ending to a great food adventure.
Thank you jade sushi for such an awesome dining experience for my wife and I. We both look forward to many more visits in the future to try all the other menu items with confidence that we will love them all.
After seeing the Facebook posts, the sponsored ads, and the beautiful plating designs, we had to see if this food was as delicious and intriguing as it looked online! Me and my boyfriend ordered two sushi rolls, some Toro and Sea Bream sashimi (can't live without the Toro!) and the Cola Braised Pork Belly. The sushi was fresh, well-constructed, and flavorful. I am typically very picky about the sushi I eat, but I have no complaints. The plating design was absolutely perfect, (just like the pictures) with lots of fresh garnishes and pretty details. They even put a little citrus caviar on the sliced sashimi, and the temperature the fish was served at was very nice.
The pork belly was delicious, or at least the small amount of meat that I got to try. The sauce was amazing. I hadn't ever tried pork belly prepared this way, so I didn't realize there would be mostly fat and not a lot of meat. It was still good, but since I am not a fan of extremely fatty foods, so I personally will not order that dish again.
The decor was relaxing, fresh, and modern. The service was very adequate. Highly recommend. I am excited to try more dishes, especially the Omakase 9-course meal looked very interesting! You won't regret trying this place out. :)
I visited today and was not disappointed. Usually my office orders delivery from here but I decided to stop in and check out the remodel. It is beautiful. My waiter was attentive, my water was always full, and my food was #1!! I had the Thai Green Curry with Shrimp-Lunch Special which is new to the menu and I am so happy that it was added!! It was better than when I ordered it delivered. They even did a little extra spicy for me which was fresh cut thinly sliced peppers. The dish could not have been more perfect! I will be returning!!
This is one of our favorite restaurants and has such wonderful staff. Beautiful atmosphere for College Park and some very creative menu items, which change frequently. If you have the opportunity to speak with the owner you will see the passion and excitement to offer something truly special to the dining scene here in Orlando. We have dined there, had our baby shower and they even catered an awesome custom menu for our church.
Excellent food! The newly designed restaurant looks great and with Parker, they have the best sushi chef in Orlando.

The food was excellent and the service was friendly. HIghly recommend the Hawaii Roll!
We have been going to Jade for years because we love their food and outdoor seating. Because of COVID our favorite staff has left and Jade also cut down the lunch hour, although we sensed that some of the food doesn’t taste as good as before, but we’ll still say this is the best Japanese restaurant in Orlando.
The fried rice with eggs and pork was extremely nostalgic! It was moist and had so much flavor. I've waited years to find a place that can make it this way. Really amazing side!
The General Tso chicken was great! I can't handle spicy at all but I was still able to handle this a bit until my mouth was on fire. For people who can handle spicy food, this would most likely not be very spicy to you.
The other dishes in the picture are Duck Ramen in the top-right. And a spicy Ramen. I don't like spicy so I can't remember the name of that one. But everyone loved what they got!
Hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had. I get the Tonkotsu Ramen every time. It is so incredibly fresh, every ingredient, my favorite bring them bamboo shoot because they are so packed with flavor and the crunchy aspect is pleasing cause I’m a texture person for sure. The portion size is also phenomenal. I could easily make my 1 ramen into 2 meals but it’s so good and I want it fresh so I usually stuff myself until I’m uncomfortably full (worth it!!) I’ve tried DOMU a couple times and every time that place has made me sick to my stomach. This ramen is so much better and no long lines. I couldn’t recommend them more!! (I took a bite out of the pork before taking the picture, whoops!)
Fantastic food, fantastic service from Andy, and great atmosphere. 10/10 can't wait to go back again
I loveee this place! One of my favorite spots for vegetarian sushi . They have a wide range of vegetarian sushi which most places don’t. I think that’s my favorite part about it. Let’s not forget how freaking delicious it is too. Omg! I go back at least every 2 weeks. My favorite is the mango dango and garden roll!
