We went there yesterday - our waitress was sweet and had patience with us and our large group. They have a gluten free and vegetarian menu as well! Loved my burger with a gluten free bun and the pomegranate key lime drink was ahhhmazing.
The gluten free selections were wonderful!! We all loved the guacamole for an appetizer and I had the kebabs for my GF dinner. The meat was juicy and tender, the veggies grilled to perfection.
But the highlight of the night was our server, Chaz. That man was ON IT with the accommodations for our moderately difficult table. Great drink suggestions, on top of the refills, and always had a pleasant smile for us.
Chaz was just simply an awesome server!!!
What an awesome place! Great food & margaritas. Our server Ryan G. was such a delight, happy and energetic. We will come again everytime we visit Universal Orlando.
So much fun! Ryan G. was my server & he made our experience amazing. He's so knowledgeable about the menu & bar. He helped me pick the perfect drink & dinner. Everything looked so good, I wanted to try everything on the menu! He customised the best combinations for us paired with the perfect cocktail. He's a sweetheart with a great smile! Thanks, Ryan! Just awesome!
Very nice place to eat and enjoy the music our table waiter was excellent to bad I can't pronounce his name but he was Asian very sweet and gave us the best service .
Never visited before, food 🥘 jambalaya was excellent along with the key lime pie. Entertainment and decor were top notch along with the staff. Very little wait between ordering and being served. Five stars ⭐️ From me😊
Food was great! Was sad to hear that we could not get a souvenir beer in a take home collectable pilsner glass as we had other years that we visited in other cities. Wife and I have quite a collection, between Margaritaville and the Hard Rock glasses. Either way, a great time!
Had a great time at a little after 5’oclock sipping my amazing “Perfect Margarita” at the bar amongst the great atmosphere, great music, great bartenders...when I expressed a need for a shark fin in my drink in honor of Shark Week and Fins Up!, the creative bartender quickly put the tip of a ?pineapple leaf? in to accommodate my need! Made my night! After our party of nine arrived, we enjoyed the delicious food, a couple of plates that were Cheeseburgers in Paradise and they were quite good! Very fun night! We will be back!
I normally get the regular Cheeseburger, but I’ve been trying to shave some calories, so I tried the Cheeseburger with a turkey burger. My wife got the regular cheeseburger and it was great as always. The turkey burger was seasoned very good, and I honestly thought it tasted better than the beef one. You can’t go wrong with either but definitely don’t be afraid to go with the turkey!
The Perfect Margarita is quite good too.
There was a live band playing a great mix of music too.
Our sever was great despite us coming in right after the park closed and it was really busy. You will likely need a reservation to not have a very long wait time. We got in just before our reservation time which was nice.
Posting review late, we visited here on September 20, 2023
First visit here and it was okay. We can at least say we've been here now. I love Jimmy Buffet, but wasn't super impressed by this location. It was very crowded even though it was a Wednesday afternoon. But it was expected since it's right next to Universal Studios and Island Adventure. The food was good, better than expected. I would recommend a burger if you're in the mood. The decor of the restaurant was really cool though, I especially liked the maps on the ceilings! Overall it was a good experience and we'll probably visit again, just earlier in the day.

This place was GREAT! We actually went in because we saw it was not busy. Slow day at the parks. No wonder is always packed! This place is great! The food, the service, and the attention to detail... Shout-out to Jorge (I assume he was the manager), he came to the table to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect. We absolutely loved this place. I wish we would be able to go more often (it's usually CRAZY busy) and TOTALLY recommend it!
This Margaritaville is beautiful and also has a great shop to hit after your meal. The portions are large and the staff friendly. It to me felt like a little bit of paradise. Highly recommend it but still a little upset I had to pay 30 for parking and then walk for 20 minutes only to spend more. Beware of the automatic 18% gratuity added on.
I always go to Margaritaville when I see one. This one was was very nice. The food was hot and tasted great. The drinks were cold and tasty. Great decorations. The volcano will blow its top inside if the right song comes on.
Great location in City Walk, Universal. Clean, friendly staff, music 🎶 playing...loved it. Food, off the charts. Nachos are my favorite. A woman made balloon 🎈 crown for my friends niece. Very family oriented. 100% recommend, ❤️👍
Good food. Decent drinks. Didn't really care for sitting in their screened in porch area. It was a cold night, and while the porch is heated, it was still cold.
When we went, my mom and me ate outside. It took forever just for the drinks to come out, longer for the food. I ordered a crabcake sandwich and side salad. It was quite tasty. Our server, Ben, was very nice even though he had his hands full. There was also a gentleman playing guitar to listen to while we waited for our food. All in all, I'd eat here again. Except for the long wait time, it was a good experience.
Food was excellent. A little expensive but given the location and the large portions it is forgivable.. Service a bit slow and it was not busy.
Had a great experience with the kids. We loved the atmosphere.
Laura, our server gives us excellent service, She was so patient.
The food was really good!
Was expecting some Jimmy music from the live band. Just random country music. I had the jambalaya, which was great, but the fish on wife's tacos was dry and the chicken on our grandson's kid meal was also dry. Had the keylime pie and it was more cream than pie.
Visited on a Saturday afternoon and were seated right away. I wasn’t sure what to expect because of a bad experience at the Margaritaville in Chicago—this location proved me wrong. Our waitress was with us pretty quickly and had waters on a hot Florida day ready. We got a few minutes to look at the menu and weren’t left for too long. My Perfect Margarita came out pretty quickly and tasted wonderful; can tell it was shaken and not too much mix. Our food arrived shortly after that as well — the pretzel rods were good, and the Rancho Burger was very good. I had a Blackberry Moonshine Margarita, which had a great balanced taste—not overly sweet, but also not too powerful either. Overall the service, drinks, energy, and environment are great here. The food likely won’t blow you away, but if you know what you’re going for, you’re going to have a great time here!
Fun atmosphere. The conch fritter, wings and nachos are must does. The ceviche has zero flavor yall
I loved everything except…that mist on the outdoor terrace. I don’t think that’s sanitary. Everyone Singing laughing and talking but their germs being carried around in that mist. So eat inside is my suggestion.
Went in here not expecting too much and ended up really enjoying the whole experience.
Started of with the Jalemango Margarita then decided we were hungry to got ourselves some strip cevice and the portion was gigantic. We then ordered a Kona beer and the Margarita flight... all amazing.
The bartender (I think his name was Mike) was super friendly and helpful.
Definitely want to go back!
Tremendous atmosphere! Between live music, balloon artists on stilts, and an erupting Volcano, it was an event! Food was, surprisingly, delicious. Jambalaya, shrimp, and grits were authentic and flavorful. The "perfect" margarita was just that (not pictured). They also have souvenir cups (pictured). The service was exceptional.

Great vibe.. good food.. slow service.. perfect drinks and great location. Loved visiting Universal Island of Adventure. The $30 parking was a surprise, but all in all it was fine.
