Carlos was great. We drove by at night to get some good food and he was really cool. Took our order, was polite and fast. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. If you want great service, ask for Carlos!
Letf another location to come to this one after bad customer service. And we are so happy with did! Customer service great, food fresh, and atmosphere clean! The lady at the register was very nice!!
I really like visiting this location. They are more than helpful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. With that said, it's right next to a Wawa. It's located off of Sand lake road and Orange avenue and the SunRail is literally right across the street. This particular location is literally directly across from a McDonald's and it's still relevant is still in business and it seems to be doing well. There's something at Burger King offers that McDonald's doesn't. I don't know. I crave it personally. I don't like visiting a lot of the BK locations in certain parts of Orlando, but this one is one of my favorite locations I have to say.
I am a service provider and I was working at this location today. Dye to a staffing shortage they were only taking drive thru orders. A group of ladies, all of whom were deaf and mute, came to the door because they could not order using the drive thru. The manager, Jocelyn, opened the door, allowed them in and patiently took their written order. That simple act of understanding was the bright spot in my day.
Best Burger King experience that have had in a while all the food was extremely fresh bacon was mega crispy and it was done quickly. Shout out to the manager I think that's who was working the register at the time but he did a great job also to whoever made the food. I'm going to see this restaurant out from here on out sometimes you go to Burger King and you just don't get good food.
The restaurant is very clean. The service at the drive thru is faster than the dining in, but that is always the case at any fast food restaurant. Their prices beat any of the mayor fast food chains. If you bring a coupon you get a super deal.
