Long story short, I had a mishap with my brown bag (May have been moisture from beans), which ripped open and resulted in my food spilling all over the floor.
They treated the situation with care and remade the order for me and for that I am very grateful. Customer service like this is grade A and will keep me coming back in the future. Shout out to the East Colonial team 🙌🏿
Avoid. I’ve ordered online from them many times and maybe half of the time I get what I order. This is usually what a “full” online order looks like.
