The two ladies working there on Thursday night were so friendly. The restaurant was so clean and organized. I will come here in the future when I need a place to work!
Yesterday, I asked for a really annoying..specific.. coffee and the guy made my drink perfectly. I went again this am and the girlies asked how my day was, I told them it wasn’t going very well and they wrote me a sweet note and gave me words of encouragement. I left crying with joy. This location is such a gem!!
This place adds so much to a stressful day, be it at 5:30a or the afternoon! The staff is charismatic and kind, the lines are quick, and the only strange experiences I've gotten were from entitled guests. Starbucks employees work so much harder in a constant, fast-paced environment that takes a mental toll. Thank you so much for making a great location - and an awesome cup of coffee!

Lilly is the best she made my day after a employee who was totally skipping my order and making me wait for no reason completely upset me. Thank you Lilly you are amazing

Starbucks is generally good..
However... Once in a while, you will get the inevitable really burnt coffee flavor.
I've been to this location many times before and didn't have this experience.
I'll be back..

Crazy how in Downtown Orlando Starbucks has the least expensive coffee... How things have changed.
The baristas are ALWAYS friendly & the coffee is ALWAYS fresh.

Literally the best location. They always greet me and a special shout out to Sarah , Lily , Lauren!!They made me feel so much better after a bad day at work 😫 I like to go in the evenings (to avoid those crowds) and it’s always so chill and peaceful. Great music too.
Food and drink were ready on time and the staff was helpful
I always come to this location. The team members here are great to talk to and very customer service oriented. What differentiates this Starbucks from other is not just that but also their lovely taste in music. I'm not sure if corporate selects the songs being played, but whoever does, they are geniuses! Whenever I go to any other cafe/coffee place to work and drink etc I always use my headphones and play my own music. However for this location I never have to do that. I enjoy listening to the music that is played here and I get to discover new artists I've never heard from before and may have some how missed in the years :) Thank you everyone for the great work you all do.
