I don’t know about the low reviews, I’ve never had issues with ordering here. One of the reviews doesn’t even pertain to Charleys but the whole food court itself.
Tekeisha is always so helpful and nice! And this Charleys always looks like the photos…the cheese steaks are always LOADED.
I’ve been to others and the size of the sandwiches and presentation is always disheartening!
10/10 would definitely come back after a long day in the outlets nothing better than a fresh sandwich from Charleys thank you!
Food was delicious and hot, service was quick and staff are very polite.
This location is the very reason why I become a regular customer. Their food is always served fresh and right on time. Maybe because its in a food court setting where there's always a quick turnover? I dunno... Nevertheless, ordering food here is always a pleasant experience.
Felt compelled to leave a positive review about my experience. I noticed that the lady prepping everyone's orders in the front put on and mixed in new fries and when she could've just used the old fries already made. Makes me feel good as a customer that the employees care about what I eat. Tasted good and large portions also!
Bit hard to understand various things on Menus not bad prices
