Delicious grilled chicken sandwich and amazing shakes!! Pricing was pretty good too for theme park fare and good portion sizes. Will definitely eat here again! Ambiance is super fun as well with super hero vibe all around. It wasn’t very crowded for early lunch which was also great! Mobile ordering on the Universal app was a plus.

Last minute meal before we leave the parks for the day. The place was about to close up. We ordered with mobile due to what time it was. We had a food restriction, gluten sensitivity, so we ordered gluten free buns for the burger. To our surprise the chief came out to greet us and inform us about the entire meals ingredient makeup. It's was unbelievable how much they cared about the gluten sensitivity. They wanted to confirm the meal was safe for us. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much.

Very easy to order ahead, easily found a table, and the food was great. The paper straw does not work with a milk shake, paper straws does not work getvrid of them, they do nothing for the environment.

The food was great, but the service was outstanding! Heidi, the kitchen manager, saw that we ordered a gluten free bun. She came out and talked with us, explained the process for making sure that food wasn't cross contaminated. When the food came to the table, the bun came out wrapped in a sealed plastic bag. Heidi opened it and assembled the burger at the table. I am completely impressed with their attention to allergy needs! Thank you Heidi and Universal!

Vegetarians: Normal/ Average Diner food. Couldn’t find a decent place to eat. Tried Burger Digs and had overpriced Mushroom Burgers. came here because they had impossible burgers. It wasn’t gourmet, but it WAS exactly what they advertised. Unlike the later place that really sold more than they delivered. It was a nice corner with a view of the Lagoon, Hogwarts, Mythos and Hulk Coaster. Wasn’t over crowded at dinner time. Glad we got caught in the storm here with a view, food and restrooms.

For theme park food, the burgers are always quite good. Possibly the best of any counter service burgers in all central Florida theme parks. The service is always great. The only reason I knocked it on the atmosphere is because the building is starting to show signs of its age. There are moisture stains in the ceiling tiles from HVAC condensation and noticeable gaps in the column wraps. But it's still a good place for an affordable theme park lunch.

Great themed restaurant. Have to order by app now and it took a while to get it downloaded and add a payment option (but it now can be used at all the locations at their parks). Once downloaded it was easy to place our order and the food was brought the table quickly. There are several Coke Freestyle machines there which you can get a refill every 10 minutes. A/C is great and had plenty of seating. Restrooms are inside the restaurant.

My son enjoyed the food at captain america. It rained so we chill there for lunch till the rain stopped. Then we went to spiderman and incridable hulk rides.

Captain America diner is one of the best hidden secrets at Universal. It doesn’t really stand out, but it easily boasts the best view/ seating area of all the parks! It’s seriously so gorgeous- there’s a wide circular room adorned with windows for viewing the giant pond in the center of the park, as well as outdoor seating wrapping around the back of the restaurant. You truly can’t get better than this spot. As for the overall, I give 4 stars far more to the setup than the actual food and service. Classically, Captain America Diner serves up your basic American food. It’s okay but it’s definitely nothing to holler over. But the decorations and details in here immediately set off my nerd alert alarm, and I went into full haywire mode of fangirling. It’s like a comic book heaven. Famous heros make appearances all over the restaurant on the walls and ceilings- Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, She Hulk, Falcon, Ant Man, Vision, Beast, and of course Mr. America himself (those are maybe a third of all the actual characters you can find). Almost as many infamous villains too. My first time in here I had to just take a few walks around to admire all that was there. And that’s why I’ll come back to this diner: for the details and the view (that’s America’s a**!)

Good experience. Only advice is better straws for all shakes. Recycle paper thin straws not compatible

The absolute best place in the park when it came to preparing my meal and making sure that all of my dietary needs were met. Vegan and vegetarian options also provide options for people with gluten, soy, dairy, and peanut allergies. The staff members were terrific. They informed me of the food options available in both parks. The ordering process is much more efficient. Our food was prepared and delivered.

The food was great, but service was not good. It wasn't busy, and we waited for some time before the food was delivered to us.

They have burgers and chicken fingers here. Where we were located at the park it was hard to find chicken fingers so we walked all the way to marvel. The bathrooms were super clean as well
