If you sit outside the view over the lake is fantastic.

Great spot right by the lake. Beautiful on the outside. Fun cool vibe on the inside. The drinks were good and the food was more than tasty. Great portion sizes too. Very friendly staff. I'd definitely come here again if in the Orlando area.
This is a lakeside Mexican restaurant. The food is good and service is decent. It’s dog friendly & the margaritas are wonderful!
Nice night walking around in Baldwin Park and we thought we’d try a new place. Had a wonderful waitress. Her service was stellar. Shared a mocaljete for two. Was good for the price, however I felt the meat was frozen at some point, lacked freshness.
Beautiful view outside. Good food choices. Service was little slow, but still acceptable
Food was good, the setting on the lake was very nice. Drinks were also good. Our server was lack luster at best. Multiple requests for water went unserved while drinks were delivered. Others delivered the meals and there was little interaction with the server regarding quality of the food. Thankfully the food was good, so there no corrective action was needed there. We would go again.
Wonderful outdoor dining experience with great view of Lake Baldwin, generous portions of delicious food, and attentive and friendly service. We definitely look forward to next time! The street corn makes a particularly fun starter, as you don't get just the seasoned cob, but also a tortilla cup filled with a creamy corn dip that's perfect for the huge portion of tortilla chips they put on the table first thing.

Birria beef is excellent here! I had the burrito. Everyone had abundant food and accompaniments. Salsa and chips were really good, too. They accommodated our large party easily and we were on the patio under cover and protected from the afternoon shower that cooled everything off. We had a lovely time!!
New to the area and I have already found my GO-TO place!! I will be bringing everyone here. The energy is so wonderful. The service is PHENOMENAL. The food is DELICIOUS!! Annddd it’s clean! Everything you could ask for in a dining experience. Esther was our server and she was amazing. She was friendly, patient, professional and very welcoming. Service is a HUGE part of going out of the house for a yummy dining experience and Esther was top notch! Thanks everyone! Can’t wait to go back to Colbri!! Again and again!!

Overall the experience is very nice, it’s a lot smaller indoors than expected but can’t beat the menu prices currently in 2023! Some food items seemed close to authentic and other options were a little Tex-Mex style. If you’re into that, hey, this is your spot!

Added to all this the impeccable service, on time, all food and drinks served Hot and Cold!!
