The best pizzeria ever point blank

Came in after placing an order for carry out, and noticed a dasher having issues with an order, overheard of an order placed over an hour ago that was never made. None of my business but it’s still a red flag I noticed coming in.. I went under the assumption that this location has new staff and have made a mistake as is to be expected. Onto my food… I was not impressed by the slightest bit. I did not know that the pizza bowl does not come with a crust underneath, so all I had in my pizza bowl was cheese, sauce and toppings… not to mention the bowl looked like nothing as advertised, it was extremely thin, completely flat. The cheesy bread didn’t look bad but it tasted a bit too done. That left us with the bbq chicken wings. It was… ok. Not crispy, a bit mushy, but better than the other 2 items I ordered, although I requested garlic butter in my order but received ranch sauce instead. However, I ordered a single pizza from this location last week and was fairly satisfied when it comes to pizza at a fair price. Unfortunately after tonight I give it a 3 star rating… I just hope that the lack of quality and service is due to new staff that are still learning.
Update: With last week’s decent experience and the GM reaching out directly tonight to make up for it with a full credit, I have to bump it up to a 4 star review. The effort to gain a customer’s trust and make the customer happy says a lot, and for that I thank you. Not a lost customer here.
OMG! That was unexpected! My best friend and I decided to try out a new pizza place (it's our thing to try different restaurants and review them), so we chose Marco's Pizza. I'm a vegetarian, so I ordered a veggie pizza. It was AMAZING! The dough was very fresh. I couldn't stop eating even after being super full. My friend and her daughter were beyond impressed as well. So when I came home, later that night I reheated and devoured this deliciousness. And guess what? Next day I told my friend, "That pizza was so good, I'm mind-blown!" She said, "I know, right?" And then I said, "Hey, do you wanna go there again?" It was sorta a joke but not really. She was totally on board, so we chose a different location (First one was by 192 and second in Hunter's Creek) and stuffed our faces with the same pizzas. And guess what? Later that day I came home and finished it off, again. That never happened. So now I say, "there's good pizza and then there's Marco's Pizza."
Always my family's first choice for pizza. We ordered on Sunday before the rain, and Lenny delivered our pizza in the rain with a smile on his face.

Always getting it delivered. Pizza so far is always good and the employees are awesome. Get mine well done with old world pepperoni.

Their pizza is SOOOO GOOD had to order again. The staff lead by terrific owner Sam and his team at Hunter’s Creek lead by Jaeleen are absolutely incredible. Pizza was so yummy. See picture below. 😋
This is my go to pizza place when I'm road tripping. First time I've been disappointed with the pizza, very skimpy on the toppings.....
Very nice pizza place. They always listen to my requests and the pizza comes out delicious and perfect. The store manager is very friendly and takes care of you.
Best Marco's I've been to by far this should be a model store of how people should treat their customers.
Pizza made quick and hot at a busy location. This is pizza hut style pizza, so not a pizzeria in my opinion. Sausage pizza had one to three pieces of Sausage on each slice...disappointing. Will keep the kids happy but not a truly great pie. Fresh ingredients and lots of cheese was a positive.
My cheese pizza was magnificent-fantastically scrumptious in fact but i was repulsed seeing not one person wearing gloves while making it. This is my second time getting a cheese pizza from this location and same (no gloves). I will not be coming back regrettably because I cannot handle the thought of somebody's crispy epithelial in my crust.
Update! "So excited"! With the review listed above I was contacted by the owner of the establishment and was informed that in the state of Florida gloves are not required to handle certain foods. My discussed at the lack of wearing gloves was easily a rectifiable ordeal because he informed me that they would be happy to work gloves at the customer's request!!!!! I will be getting a pizza tomorrow. Thank you thank you you guys are awesome!
