Man this place pumps them out.. Smoothies and meals will surely have you stuffed healthy and coming back for more the service there is highly favored .. Iesha is the blessing in disguise. Helpful and informative can't ask for more unless it's a free smoothie on a promotional day like Flip flops smoothie day gotta love it
I visit here a few times a month lately. I love their Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread and their Smoothies are very tasty as well. Usually there is not a long wait to get your food and the restaurant is always clean.
Love love love the food and smoothie options!!! Can't go wrong with the veggie hummus wrap, which you can make into a bowl instead too. Lean green smoothie is so good and my go to always!!
I came in to pick up an online order, they did not receive it. I couldn't check the confirmation email because my phone did not have service. The staff was beyond helpful, they set up their phone with a hotspot, offered to make the order right now at the store. Turns out I mistakenly walked into Tropical Smoothie when I actually ordered the Jersey Mike's next door, took me an embarrassingly long time to realize. Still, they were so helpful and very nice.
Went in. Waited to order. Started to order. Lady came from back, waived her finger in my face amd said “she needs to take phone orders first”. Been in many other times. Smoothies are good and prices are fair. Staff needs to be trained in customer service and how to execute fast and right the first time. If another smoothie place opens up, this one will go out of business fast. Tried again. Totally different experience. Very good. Quick and polite. Clean.
Personable staff. Enjoyable food. More than enough smoothie size.just wish stop serving food in bags for dine-in service.

The lady that assisted me was very helpful. I wanted to get one "Health Nut" smoothie but wanted to change an ingredient. I wanted to get peanut butter instead of almonds. She said: Sure I can make that change for you.
My smoothie was ready in a snap.
After getting my smoothie I quickly left and started driving on my way to work as I was running late to work. Half way to work at a traffic light, I finally managed to get the straw and take a sip, only to realize my smoothie was way, way too soft.
Now, I will not drink a smoothie that is too soft. (To me, this is the same thing as drinking a hot coffee that has been sitting to long and has gotten cold)
Anyways, I called the store and spoke to Steve, who quickly took my name and indicated they would gladly remake my smoothie any time.
That's why I have given this place a deserved 5 Star rating. Customer service of this kind speaks volumes about a business culture.
I did dump the first smoothie and will be stopping by on my way home to get my remade smoothie.
I come to this location all of the time. The staff is amazing and they always pre make my food so that when I’m at the register I can just pay in leave The nicest girl always helps me out, I always see her alone in the store. My favorite thing about this store is how friendly the staff is. They always suggest the best smoothies and know what I like and how to make
it. no other location can compare to this location.
I came last tuesday and saw a girl there all alone. When she saw me she knew my smoothie immediately and smiled. Not only was it delicious, but i tried the new chicken parm and i loved it Sometimes i go to the other locations and their staff isn’t as nice. i am a loyal customer to this location.
Food was delicious! However the cashier had no idea what she was doing. It was lunch time and busy... They should have had someone with a bit more experienced covering that soft. But the cook was awesome!
I came here the other day, I was not sure what to order. The sweetest girl Nayah helped me out. she suggested that i tried one of her favorite smoothies. it was absolutely delicious! best place! best customer service. i will be back soon.
