This is my "across the street" Chinese food place. Their food is consistently good, and they use chunks of chicken in their chicken dishes, not scraps like other places.
I usually get shrimp in lobster sauce and the General Tso chicken. I could eat the shrimp dish every day. Their wonton soup can be a tiny bit bland. I ask for low sodium lo mein and they’re happy to accommodate.
Friendly staff, especially the dude that works the counter at night. Their delivery is pretty quick as well. Good place. I’m never disappointed.
Their food is great! Especially their pork egg rolls. I love egg rolls and they have the best ones so far. I go out of my way when I have a craving. The service is good too, always friendly and super quick.
Some of the best chinese food I've had in Orlando. My partner and I have been eating here since 2019 and have yet to find a place that beats this place. If you're looking for the best take out chinese, you've found it! Wish we lived closer to be in delivery range.
Pleasantly surprised. Decent food, I enjoyed their orange chicken and boneless ribs. The sweet and sour pork is alright. but stay away from the honey garlic chicken, kinda gross because its too sweet and you cant taste garlic
Not just your average chinese takeout. Big pieces of good quality chicken and the best fried rice I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely be returning!
Much Appreciated!
Food is on Point!🔥💯🔥
What sets this Chinese fare apart from others is the extra play on 'American' Chinese food. This translates to tastier, higher quality food and great customer service. Add to that the expedience on delivery; usually about 20-30 minutes. You never have to worry about overly salty or greasy food and they have these great little oven reheat bags (leftovers) they send your apps in! The sauces are also fantastic and the meat is always cooked perfectly. Thankful to have this establishment in my delivery area. Highly recommended.
Local spot for me but I always assess Chinese food places by how they make chicken with broccoli because it’s a standard signature dish and this is by the far the worse I’ve had. Sorry but this place is over priced and the food is just okay.
I am a New Yorker stranded in Orlando for a few months due to the pandemic. I got the craving for some good old Chinese food. I came across Tasty China Restaurant on Google and decided to give them a try. The food tasted decent, great in portion, reasonably priced, and prepared quickly. I was not a fan of their Egg Roll. I would definitely eat here again and probably soon if I have to stay in Orlando any longer. Give them a try!
This is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant in central Florida. Their orange beef is AMAZING. They make the ONLY egg rolls that I’ve actually enjoyed in years.
I asked for one of my entrees extra crispy and extra spicy, and they actually did it. Other Chinese restaurants usually just ignore my requests.
They deliver to my home, so I don’t have to pay all of the extra fees from the delivery services.
I’m going to order from this place A LOT.
If you call and the line is busy, there is a reason, and the reason is that this place is OUTSTANDING.
Items that I’ve tried and liked so far:
Orange beef
General Tso chicken
Sweet and sour chicken
Bourbon chicken
Egg rolls
Pork fried rice
This place is legit.
I've lived in Orlando for 40 years and sampled many Chinese take-out spots. This is my current go-to. Tasty? Yes, indeed, and a good value, especially at lunch, where they really pack it to overflowing in the to-go container. Over the past month, I've tried the pepper steak, orange chicken, spicy Szechuan pork and sesame chicken and all have been excellent. Fried wonton is good too. Nothing fancy--you order by phone, walk in and pick it up. I'm just over 6 miles/15 minutes from Tasty China but the drive is absolutely worth it.
The food is exceptional for Orlando! Shrimp fried rice, shrimp mei fun and chicken dishes are the best! One meal is enough for two! Great customer service and great prices! Won’t go anywhere else in 32825!
Very clean place I've been going to for years.
We always choose the half gallon pork fried rice with chicken wings and we all love it.
7 years later this is still the best around town.
This is probably one of the best New York style Chinese restaurants in the area. I’ve tried pretty much all others within a 10 mile radius, and I keep coming back. Price wise I think they are slightly more expensive compared to other local Chinese takeout restaurants.
Food is plentiful, taste like it should, pretty quick with prep, and almost always answered the phone. A bonus is that the staff is friendly. There are booths inside but, I’ve never dined in. All in all it meets all my expectations when I am craving Chinese food. :-)
Oh and def check the hours as sometimes they are closed when your craving them the most. (Sundays)
