I felt this place was great. The atmosphere wasn’t too stuck up, the bartenders were very inviting. The place smelled great, which is a plus as most Pubs smell of piss and vomit. We went on a Tuesday so the crowd wasn’t too large, but it was a mix of people. No one seemed too pretentious to smile or give you the ‘sup’ look. One of my favorite things was that you could go to the Taqueria next door and bring back to the bar and continue drinking. All in all great hang out spot with an eclectic crowd.
My first time here tonight and everything was perfect. Bartenders were amazing and cool as jax. Specifically Tyson did a phenomenal job with the bros and I! Drinks were top class! Highly recommend this place!
Awesome place to hang out with friends. I don’t even drink, but I still love this place
Great vibe at this bar! Really good drinks, and one of the best happy hours in town! Bar staff was friendly and very helpful, so glad I went here
Very nice spot. Enjoyed the atmosphere. The drinks were excellent, solid beer and cocktail selection, and the service was great. Would recommend and attend again!
Love this place! Great atmosphere with all the live plants. Bartender created a hummingbird cocktail that wasn't even on the menu...very yummy. Served in a retro champagne glass too...nice touch! Will def be back!

Great venue, cool and casual vibe plus very generous proportions of alcohol in mixed drinks.
Wonderful happy hour from 4-8 this place has amazing cocktails. I love the vibe this place has, the atmosphere changes from a day to night it’s lovely. The service is really attentive Dallas was very kind, she gave good recommendations. I highly recommend this place.
The Guesthouse is one of the best places to go in Orlando for a great and affordable classic cocktail. Consistently good. Tonight is no different. My old fashioned is perfectly balanced with good ice and a Luxardo cherry. The little things count.
Guesthouse has so much hype and the drinks definitely met my expectation, but the service from the bartender was less than average.
He seemed annoyed to have customers, but he did serve us quickly.
Atmosphere-wise, people seemed to know each other but this wasn’t the kind of bar to meet new people (at least not between 6pm-8pm). Ages ranged from 35+ to a sprinkle of 20-ish year olds.
Outdoor area and indoor area were pretty busy, which is always a great sign. Big plus is happy hour is from 4pm-8pm on weekdays.
Parking is very limited. It would be annoying to drive from far and not find something.
A great fun cocktail bar with nice staff. The Army Navy was very good. That would be my choice again. The ambience is nice and the place has a good vibe. They do not have food though. But there are couple of restaurants just opposite to it. Parking might be challenging on a busy evening.
I love this place at happy hour, but not on weekend nights. Not my kinda crowd on weekend nights, but hey, could be for you. Drinks are great and it's chill, bartenders are super nice and knowledagble and quick.
But wanted to make a note here that if you open a tab no matter what you pay they'll charge you $40 and then it takes days to revert back to the actual price. So fret not but also be annoyed. It'll eventually go back to normal. Never seen that in a tab before.
What a cool atmosphere. We went on a Tuesday evening with a small group & sat at the bar. Love the vibe, very romantic dim lighting. Drinks were fun & cute. Which we chose for the experience and pictures.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks they had to offer.
Location was clean
Parking was tough if you wanted to park easy.
Guesthouse on North Mills deserves a hearty 5 stars! From the moment you arrive, the welcoming ambiance makes you feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and layout is remarkable. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, combining comfort and style seamlessly. The staff's hospitality is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Guesthouse offers a peaceful retreat. The convenient location and cozy atmosphere create the perfect haven. With top-notch amenities and a charming vibe, this is a true hidden gem that guarantees a delightful stay.
Fine cocktails at very fair prices, comfortable space to hang out, and friendly staff. I'd be happy to become a regular here :-) They have a great selection of amari and the bartenders know how to build great drinks.
Amazing Happy Hour! 4-8 every single day!! They do not have food but there is a taco shop next door with good tacos you can order to go and take to the outdoor patio that the guest house has. The vibe is chill, and fun and they play nice vibe music. Drinks are measured but they are good!! Highly recommend you come out on the weekend and then head to the sunroom which is connected to the guesthouse. Let me know what your thoughts are and check out my blog puertoricanworldtraveler.com follow me to see what I write about next! So far I have a happy hour spots in Orlando. Updating soon to include the guesthouse! 😁
Loved the vibe of this place, and they had drink specials as well. I unfortunately didn't make it in time for the drink specials, but it was good to know they had them.
I finally made it! I have been meaning to stop by for the longest time and so glad I did! I went on Sunday afternoon and walked during happy hour and that was a pleasant surprise!
The decor, ambiance and mood make it welcoming and give it a nice vibe. It gives you a chill vibe but with a speakeasy type of feel. I really did like it.
Sat at the bar and one of the girl bartenders was super nice, attentive and checked on me from time to time. That sure made the experience so much better!
I ordered the Hummingbird and the Aperol Spritz. Both are very good and super tasty. If you like bubbles and flower tones the Hummingbird is for you. If you want tangy and refreshing, go for the Aperol Spritz (nit a fan of Aperol but it was tasty and not overpowering).
It will not be my last visit and looking forward to try other drinks 😊
Love the guest house! They make great craft cocktails and their happy hour can’t be beat. My favorite cocktail here is the Negroni but special mentions to the aperol spritz, old fashioned and Tom collins (which are all on the $7 happy hour menu form 4-8pm daily). Pictured below are the aperol and the old fashioned. Both $7 for happy hour.
I like The Guesthouse for their craft drinks. Their cocktail list and "tiki drink" menu are not extensive, but each drink is created with great detail. I've enjoyed every drink I've had from here.
Happy hour is everyday 4-8pm. I think it's a great deal for the quality of cocktails... Get there early on the weekend to try a Bloody Mary or Michelada, when their house made bloody Mary mix is fresh.
I agree with previous reviews about service being hit or miss though. There have been times that it's been on point and we stay for hours, and others that left us closing out after one round.
Very nice bar, we happened to go in here during happy hour, the drinks were very reasonable. Staff were friendly but busy. The music was a little loud for my tastes, but then again, I'm an old fart. If you want good drinks and to not comprehend everything your companions are saying, this place is the ticket.
Quick and caring staff! Atmosphere is considerate, clean, and relaxed. Love their cocktails on draft & draft beer options are amazing; Playalinda & Alagash brewing for example! Aperol Spritz on tap is consistent and never disappoints.
Fantastic Old Fashioned!! And some really unique whiskey's!! Can honestly say I've never had a Sorghum Whiskey before that day. (and probably won't again) lol but every palette is different 😁, cheers!!
