Just about the only downside to this location is that it *does* get busy around lunch (shocker, right?). The food is the same quality I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A in general. It arrives fresh and warm, and served by considerate, friendly staff.
The quality of food isn't consistent, but the worst food is about the average for chick fil a so not bad. Wait times were fine and food can be better than average at times.
This is in response to a Jeff Ryan from 3 weeks ago. We were closed for half an hour and you tried to enter our store drunk on game day. No, I literally could not let you in the store/serve you food, you idiot.
Chick fil-A is amazing wherever you go. This location can be busy depending on the day and time. I usually place my order through the app to make it faster.

On the UCF campus so it's not quite like a regular Chick-fil-A. Still good though. Lively area.
Good service - Michael was the one who prepped my order and handed it to me, he has good customer service skills.
It is inside UCF. It was very busy near lunch time. Yet, the staff moved us right along and the wait time was small. The food did not seem quite up to normal Chick-fil-A standards but was good. Just very crowded. I would not want to dine-in. Go outside and grab a table!
Nice that there are a couple covered outdoor areas to sit at since the interior can get busy & crowded.

This Chick-fil-A is located on the campus of UCF. In spite of a very busy parent/student orientation day, they were very efficient in their Food Service. They easily kept up with the lines, and provided us with correct orders. I was very surprised at their efficiency, and they're courteous staff. I would gladly visit this location again.
Chick-fil-A has an outstanding reputation for it's consistent food quality and customer service. However, the real star attribute of the company is how they treat their employees:
- Sundays are a guaranteed day off
- Their wages are always above par
- Chick-fil-A have been remodeled not only for efficiency but also for employee comfort (especially the drive through).
