We placed a catering order for 25 people. The managers were professional and very helpful. We were impressed at how the food was packed and the generous amount of food we received. Most importantly the food was fresh and it was delicious. We will definitely be using their service again and will recommend them to others.

Grabbed a take out dinner containing family grilled chicken meals - which came with a whole grilled chicken, brown/yellow rice, bread rolls and black beans. We also got the chimichurri tomato, and fries (which are actually wedges) as sides. Considering that this is fast food I was impressed by the quality and flavours of everything, which tasted fresh, non-greasy, and not too salty / saucy. Value wise the prices are quite good for the portions sold. One complaint is that the service sucked... definitely double check that they got your order right before leaving (they missed our fries at first, and this has happened before with our previous orders). We also requested sauce but the worker said they were out of all sauces (she kept repeating "we are all out of sauce" as we asked in disbelief for different pollo sauces) so we got none with our order.... Funnily enough, after a few moments a dining in customer asked for a sauce refill and the same worker gave them more sauce. I was very friendly and understanding, while she looked extremely annoyed when I asked for our missing fries (which we paid for) so I'm not sure if that's why she was giving me attitude. Overall, great food, questionable service!
In orlando for 2 months now eating fast food like nobody's business and so I'm getting tired of the same old stuff. I bump into this place and it brought me back home. The food was delicious, staff was extremely polite and I even took food back to our room for later. Employee Tatiana was the best, she's a keeper. 😉 Thank you!
Order was taken by Sharon and she had great customer service. Luis prepared my order fresh and delivered it with a smile. Great staff & great food!
We just left the drive through and every staff member was so nice and accommodating! From the man who took our order outside in the drive through to the woman at the window, they were all nice and quick! Thank you guys!

Alexis was so sweet & helpful through the Drive-Thru. She suggested a Cuban Sandwich for me which I never tried…& I have been wanting to try something new…but never did. I guess the drive thru was down due to hurricane.
Always have excellent service an the food is just as great. Charles to name had over the top positive vibe an attitude, all the employees should be praised.

I give a four stars this time because the food was great, I wasn't missing any items, and the customer service was pretty good. The guava BBQ & pineapple rum sauce are my go toos! The food is sooo good.
