I always enjoy shopping at Publix whether it is for a few items or for a full shopping cart of items. We find the employees at Publix to be very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. We find the level of service at Publix to be much higher than in other stores.

Taking a 3 & 5 year old for a grocery run at 5pm after a full day at school was probably the worst idea i jad today. Fortunetly for us, and my sanity, a very dear gentleman, Jean Pierre, was there to brighten our day at the deli. As he patiently worked with me to get my order, between the "boys dont touch that! please come back here! Put down the popcorn!", he provided such personal service. He oferred my boys a slice of each of our deli selections and continued to talk to them and keep their attention. Upon a total meltdown by my 3 year old who badly wanted Out of the cart, he cam around from the counter with an extra slice of cheese, which immediately ended the meltdown and brought a smile to all of us. Upon checkout, and my boys still acting nuts, our bagger (whom i unfortunately did not get his name) without hesitation took care of everything so i could focus on the kids. He assured me that he and his team were there to help and a thank you was not necessary. From loading, unloading, and everything in between, he too was very patient and kind and an immense help to me. I really appreciate the staff and service at our Publix, today they clearly rescued a mom at her whits end. Thank you Jean Pierre, our bagger, and thank you Publix!
Such a wonderful experience!!! They even help you out to your vehicle. ALL I mean ALL of the personnel are well informed and friendly to make you feel at home! If anyone lives in the area go there and verify that what I said is truthful. They always have great deals and fresh everything.

This Publix is always clean and properly stocked shelves. Everyone there working is always available for questions and are always very professional.

The workers are always so friendly. I love their gluten free selection although lately there has been less, so I miss what it was. And I like their organic selection.
The cashier Katie was so exceptional today that I had to leave this positive review. Most staff at Publix are assistive and kind, however, at this Publix location Katie went out of her way to assist my elderly mother. This will be my primary shopping/Publix destination from now on due to the care displayed. Management should be proud of Katie and other employees that care as much as she does to enhance the customer experience. Thank you!
Can’t describe how lovely both the ladies were at the bakery/sandwich station. They were so so welcoming and made us such a nice sandwich. We really enjoyed sandwich as well as meeting those two ladies. Wish I would have asked their names.
Joel in the deli is such an awesome employee always great customer service. Has attended me a couple of times and 100% satisfaction 🥰 i order a pastrami wrap warm and he made it delicious 😋
Wonderful store, clean, and friendly.
My only complaint is that was hard to understand the employee in the deli as she did not a reasonable command of the English language.
The store was very clean. The staff was very nice and greets you when you walk by.
It is one of the largest stores I have been in! Everyone is friendly, but they didn't have the fruit I wanted. Up North, every Publix has it. Clean, and great stock.

Great publix! It looks like an older building from the outside but it is very nice and clean in the inside. They have really high ceilings basically removed a 2nd floor for those high ceilings. They have a lot of produce options and rooms are bright almost everywhere. Very nice publix. Definitely worth to go to!
Good store. If you're looking for Kosher foods, this is the best Publix I know of in the surrounding area, not near Dr. Phillips and Maitland, where you'd otherwise find more options for that specifically.

Publix is overpriced. Other than buying 2 for 1. I don't shop here. Go elsewhere and save at least 15% on my groceries
I never liked the idea of self checkouts as it takes jobs away, but I did use one today. I like how all dairy, cold cuts, hot digs, etc. are on cases. It makes for a cleaner looking store.
I love Publix of Orlando and I live in Cocoa, 50 miles away. I love it because it's clean, the food is fresh, and the store employees are so helpful. People always say the prices are higher than most but I say, "quality is what I'm paying for!" The quality of satisfaction is worth the taste! That's all that needs to be said about Publix. I must add though, the people who go there are of all nationalities because Orlando is a tourist place. I love talking to people of different cultures and customs and the fact that food brings folks together! Maybe the White House should do business there cause they'll find it doesn't matter who you are or where you're from, the adventure of finding the right food for dinner is a perfect place to be friendly to one another!!
A pretty great Publix! The store is clean, the prices are fair, and the staff are super friendly! This is a quality Publix!
