Loved the ham the customer service was good at the counter. The parking was terrible & this year they did not have any outside registers? Also it would be nice if customers could pay on their phones? All & all happy with the service standing in line was about 45min but being handicapped ♿️ on a walker was a littler hard along with parking in the field.

4 of us bought individual sandwiches and were all happy with our purchases. 2 of the 4 had no idea that you could order sandwiches. I had a club sandwich with turkey and ham and I requested it on crossiant which was a good call, as the crossiant was delicious too!

We absolutely love Honeybaked Ham! I stopped by to get two packs of the already sliced Ham and a ham bone. That day they had 2 for 1 on the Ham bones which contain a ton of meat. We use the bones in our beans or homemade soups. When we order whole hams and sides for a special event like Thanksgiving or Easter, we always order and pay ahead since the store is so popular. Even on those days, it is not hard to get in or out because they hire police to assist with parking and they are so well organized with orders. If you don't order ahead on those days you might be in for a bit of a wait but sooooo worth it! Nothing tastes like Honeybaked!

Not all locations' food taste the same. We went to a location in Gainesville and it had more of a dry smokey flavor to their meats vs this location where the meat is very flavorful and juicy. My kids do not eat sandwiches but for some reason they will eat a sandwich from this location. I will definitely visit a 3rd time and in the future.

I order online for the ham and the sides, just mouthwatering flavors. 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes when you order during the busy season they might "upgrade" you if they run out. So yes I did get a larger ham than what I ordered but it was bone in instead of bone out, that to me is more of a compromise than I was happy with. But still at least they went with a bigger ham, so it's not like I didn't get something out of it.

My first visit to this place. I’ve had these delicious hams on holidays with family in Texas, but never stopped in for lunch. The two ladies (Tracey and ???) behind the counter were very welcoming, patient, and professional. The made-to-order sandwich with fresh ingredients served cold or hot was delicious. I can’t wait to return with friends! It’s great lunch or dinner alternative in the area.

As someone who worked for the company several years ago and for many different locations in Florida, this location is the best. Came in on Christmas eve with no reservation or preorder, was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. The people on the phones sounded pleasant despite the high call volume. The front counter worked quickly AND with great customer service and interaction. Thank you all!!

First time getting the sliced smoked turkey for Christmas. Me and the kids absolutely inhaled the turkey. All of us bumped into each other in the kitchen at midnight , sneaking to grab as many slices as we could eat. Mom was mad because we refrained eating her fancy stuffed chicken dish for these slices of heaven. We also got their rum cake, absolutely moist and perfect after dinner....Why is this not advertised and marketed ????

Kudos to the Honey Baked Ham store on East Colonial! My last two recent visits to pick up my order were exceptional! What used to be a dreaded experience, the current staff is super efficient, organized, & gets their customers in & out in a matter of minutes! 😱 What a pleasure to shop there!

I ordered my Easter ham for pick up early this morning. I got home and found it was really burnt, but was going to let it go and just not order from the again. I called to talk with the manager, was told to bring it back (another 40 minute drive) and they would exchange it. I went back with the ham, asked to have a slight upgrade or free box lunch for my troubles, and was pleasantly surprised by a ham QUITE bigger than the one I had ordered online. Carly the manager approved the swap, and the woman outside doing the pick ups (I missed her name) was amazing, kind and gave me a ham twice as big! I'm very impressed with this level of customer service. They apologized and made me feel like my trouble was compensated. Thank you and I'll be back!
