We were looking for Chinese food that was open late and came across China Hot Express. We are very satisfied with the vegetable lo mein and crispy tofu with broccoli in garlic sauce!!! DELICIOUS 😋 a little cheap with the tofu but good service and good food overall! We will definitely visit again !
Ordered food for work they fast and super nice very helpful, the person who cashed me out helped me with the bags to my car.
The place kinda looks like it could use an intense renovation or a CDC virus test plant.....BUT the food is absolutely delicious 😋
They were open until 11pm on a Friday, food was great, and portion sizes were big - the dinner combos are big enough for two people easily. Sesame chicken was awesome! Lady working the counter tonight was very friendly as well. Thanks and we will be back next time we are in Orlando!
Excellent service and food, recommend this place!
They have amazing food and great costumers service!
Giving an honest review, as we first walked in, I was scared off the bat lol. The inside was pretty disgusting to where when I sat there and thought about how if the front looked like that then how does the back look which made me start gagging internally, I also didn’t like how the only menu that shows on the website is WAY cheaper than the current updated menus (wish I took a pic but when I go back I will post an updated menu price).
Other than those 2, everything else was great! I can confirm that the kitchen may not be as dirty as I imagined and I hope lol. I have a very sensitive stomach so a lot of Chinese restaurants have made my stomach hurt and gave me diarrhea, this one 100% did not and you can imagine how happy that made me! The portions were way bigger than what I thought which made me and my fiancé feel we got our moneys worth, the food was flavorful as my fiancé got pork fried rice and orange chicken, I got chicken lomein and beef with garlic sauce. The beef with garlic sauce did taste a bit watered down so I had to add pepper and salt, the krab Rangoon’s we’re CHEFS KISS!!!! For those who don’t know, rangoons SHOULD NOT TASTE SOUR AT ALL OR BITTER, it should taste creamy and sweet & chinas hot did exactly that!!! I was super excited as my entire life I had sweet until I moved to Florida and I’ve never found the correct taste since. I would recommend again though and hope the front gets cleaned and update online price.
The workers are nice and will make sure you get your food in a timely fashion.
I was visiting from Tampa and I was craving some wings, when I tell you their honey BBQ wings are everything, they are. Their Buffalo wings are good as well. The food was worth the cost
Fantastic Asian food! Highly recommend. Really cheap too. Ran by folks from fuzhou/Fujian. Authentic Chinese food.
I'm a regular here now. The food is very reasonably priced, very tasty and plentiful. There is some seating for people who want it, but it is designed more as a take away, so don't expect high standard in furnishings. The fish tank on the counter is beautiful & well maintained, the staff are polite. I don't think you could ask much more from a take away place! It would be great if they did deliveries, but I guess the lack of service there means they can keep prices low, also, pretty much no independent food places deliver anyway in Orlando, so it's not uncommon.
I have been going to this place for over 20 years and every single time the food has been excellent!..No matter where I’ve moved to I always find my way back there for my favorite Chinese food. I have to say though that the inside needs some updating…it would make it more desirable dine in.
It may not look like the hottest place to eat. But the food is great and the price is very reasonable for the generous portions of food. And always very polite😊
The best Chinese food in Orlando. By far. Everyone on here judges by looks of the place. The owner of the property, not the family running it, refuses to keep up the place. It’s amazing how the family still pushes through and is able to prepare the best Chinese food you will ever have. I eat here OFTEN! Some of the posts on here stating they got to the door and turned around, I’m sure they aren’t as classy as they seem. Don’t judge a restaurant by its looks, but by who operates this place every day just to make sure everyone can have quality Chinese food available to them for a reasonable price. Go after the owner not the family. They are the most optimistic people I know. Come try them. You won’t be sorry.
