Do the fritter platter. Aka buy each of the fritters. You can walk it off later but enjoy the flavor in the meantime. Drinks are pretty good. Loved that they used real coconut milk in the mojito. Service is down to earth and kind.
Warm and very welcoming. I had given up finding flavorful, authentic Puerto Rican cuisine having experienced eating from food trucks and PR restaurants which left me disappointed as they were lacking in both. But at Monty’s I found a real gem! Truly flavorful alcapurrias, you know the kind where you can taste the freshness of the guineos and platanos and the meat filling taste of real fresh seasoning (sofrito) not that adobo powder. The mofongo was moist and sooo tasty with fresh garlic in olive oil (not the usual gmo corn oil being used these days) and oh so crunchy chicharrones. The flan was decadently mouthwatering , real home made Puerto Rican deliciousness. My compliments to the 👨🍳 chef!!!!

For some good Spanish food and drink stop by Monty's Antojitos here in Old Town very good friendly service plenty of room for eating plus there's some outside benches in Old Town that you can sit down and eat it but it's really good food good drinking good past time if you're here in Old Town or in Kissimmee come on bye. Aquí si usted está en el área de Old Town pasen por los antojitos de Monty's Antojitos. The kabob was super delicious! Autentic taste of Puerto Rico and the hot sauce not only hot but extremely tasty !
Best food in Old Town! Everything was absolutely perfect. We had probably the best mofongo. The service is great as well. You will NOT be disappointed coming here!
Definitely deserves 5 stars. I’ve read some of the negative comments and I simply laughed. This was the best food in all of our vacation. Prices were good, taste is A+, and the culture in the restaurant really makes it feel like you’re eating in Puerto Rican. If you’re looking for average American food, frozen food, dull taste food.. this is not the place for you just order pizza instead.

If your looking for that genuine Puerto Rican cuisine and atmosphere then this is the place to go. The food was amazing, so good my 2 boys placed 2nd orders. The owners are a gem, the wife is a doll super friendly and personable the husband obviously a great cook 😄!! If your in town and craving some real Hispanic food this is your stop!

Customer service is excellent! Their jibaro dish is delicious !!! Their rice and beans? Finger licking!! Hands down they are wonderful! And the owners are super sweet, they are the ones throwing down in the kitchen and treat us like family. I visited this place 3xs times in my vacation in Orlando. They are our new friends

We were camping for a week just down the road and stumbled upon Monty's. We are SO glad we did!! We went there 5 times that week!! Their mofongo, papas rellenas, bacalaitos and pinchos were ON POINT every time!! Fresh and full of flavor! The restaurant and the service was unbeatable! They were all very friendly and helpful, even the owners!! Give them a try... you won't be disappointed!!
BEST PUERTO RICAN FOOD IN FLORIDA HANDS DOWNNNN.. and YES even BETTER than the food trucks when it comes to PUERTO RICAN FOOD. Service is IMPECCABLE. prices are GREAT “ My Opinion “ for the amount of food and flavors you get. BE PATIENT. Everything is made FRESH. If you don’t want FRESH than I suggest the food trucks. rice and beans with Pernil , their Pinchos , tostones OMG. EVERYTHING is delicious and flavors will put you on your @$$. If you have patience EAT HERE. it will shutdown any restaurant in O town or food trucks when it comes to PUERTO RICAN FOOD. Grateful for this family own restaurant to be in KISSIMMEE location.
