When we came in on Sunday afternoon, it was surprising to see there were not that many people. So we got all the attention and good services.
The appetizers, especially the fried calamari and the crab cake, had room for improvement. The fried shrimp was pretty good.
The lobster, king crab legs, and the Dungeness crab with various sauces were really flavorful and tasty. So did the potatoes and the corn. The sausage was a little salty and we all just left some of them.
The highlight of the meal were the desserts. All three of them were really good, I like the cheesecake the most.
I have to admit I had a momentary sticker shock when we looked at the menu. I am SO FREAKING GLAD we ordered anyway because the portion sizes are RIDICULOUSLY huge. Omyheck the shabang sauce is awesome!! The fried seafood platter is big enough for two. The "shrimp for one" could send a rhinoceros into a food coma lol and the shrimp were huge!
I didn't get a pic of that one cuz ya girl unhinged her jaw like a snake and inhaled it before i could take a picture lol...the bengiet were lovely, even tho she got them w/o ice cream. After 20 years in Maryland, i am kind of a crab cake food snob but these are in my top 3 ever. Everything was amazing. Highly recommend.
The food is amazing, decently priced. I recommend getting a pound of shrimp extra, and the seasoning sha-bang. Medium is a little spicy, just enough if you enjoy spicy flavor. After eating from here for the past 10 years, the quality hasn't changed.
Early dinner at King Cajun Crayfish in Orlando. Seafood gumbo, spicy Cajun boiled shrimp and crab legs. Boiled potatoes and corn too. Brownie with ice-cream for dessert. 😋 😋
What a pleasant find. We were in the plaza for another restaurant that had a long wait so we unexpectedly tried King Cajun. Delightfully surprised by the food. We will be back.
Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant. The food was delicious, we ordered the lobster tail special, the fried soft crab, fried seafood platter with various options. The server was kind enough to tell us of the canjun sauce as they use sausage in the mix. She advised us to use the halal option for the sauce, very much appreciated. This is a must try place to have some delicious Cajun seafood experience while in Orlando. Highly recommended.
I've dined at this location twice and they were both different experiences due to having live crawfish and frozen crawfish.
The time I dined here with live crawfish, I could not stop eating! I thought their sauce and the way they prepared everything was the best crawfish I ever had. On my last visit, they didn't have live crawfish. They only had frozen crawfish. The prices for frozen aren't advertised on their menus but it was a nice surprise that the price point per pound was lower. I didn't think it was as good as the first time I dined here with live but it was still a good meal. The sauce seemed thinner too.
Service has been great both times. I think they don't have a lot of staff on site but they do provide you the space you need when you're messy and eating. They are present and provide the service you are looking for when dining out.
Maybe next time I will get a single seasoning. Putting them all together was good, but almost too many flavors at once. Hush puppies were a little under done. I like them really crispy with a thick crust. Other than that, everything was yummy. I'll go back.
I just went! I was nervous because they were not very busy, but I got the king feast and a half dozen oysters Rockefeller. The oysters were cooked very well and the presentation was awesome. The Cranmer boil I got was cooked to perfection, was.fresh, and the butter sauce was so tasty! I complimented the xhef for his work and the server/hostes was very kind and attentive. I will definitely come again!
Some of the best Cajun style seafood boil I've ever had. Not too salty like many of the other places I've been too
The shrimp combo I got was perfectly cooked and seasoned.Hushpuppies were also fresh and so good!4 stars cause one of the shrimp still had the vein in it.Overall great experience. The one in Orlando is better but further than this restaurant.Definitely will be back.
We had king feast, Buffalo Wings & fried catfish platter… food was amazing!!!
Most importantly, our waiter Nemuel was exceptional - he explained everything so well, very friendly, easy to talk to, takes his time… made our first experience with fish boil unforgettable!!
Look, this place is hugely UNDERRATED!!!! Theresa gave us 5 star service and the food recommendations, OMG!!!! Whatever you do you MUST have the Lemon garlic shrimp and the octopus. Trust me, you've never had either of these dishes this good in your freaking life!
Went here with the family when we were on vacation. They had excellent customer service! The food was delicious, we ordered so much including the King Crab legs and eveything was a hit and so yummy. The server was even kind enough to let us taste the different sauce in order for us to get the best experience and the shebang sauce is to die for This is a must try food place.
The host was very friendly and he helped us out as much as he could.
We have been in Orlando for a week and we have had a hard time finding a place that had true spicy food. This place has mastered the idea of delicious and spicy food. It was so good, I recomend this place. If anyone is on vacation and is looking for true spiciness. This is the place for u.
They gave us a bucket so we could put our shells and a cute lobster bib with some gloves. We did not use the gloves because it made it impossible for us to open up the shells. But they do have a roll of napkins we can use.
A true taste of New Orleans in Orlando. Seafood was excellent, jambalaya fantastic, and the beignets topped it all off. A must stop if in Orlando!
Visited twice during our stay in Orlando this time. Jumbo shrimp was super fresh and Shaba good source is the best! Not to mention the dessert! Everything is perfect!
