We were so impressed by Millenia Catering in planning our wedding. Our contact, Tonya, was always available and helpful in answering our questions. They provided us with two amazing tastings, (one as a follow-up to the other). We began the process by telling them exactly what foods we wanted to serve, as well as the budget we wanted to stay within. When we arrived at our tasting, they had cooked the entire meal we dreamed up, and then provided the proposal to us within the budget we requested. I was so impressed with this! Chef Lo put his own expertise and creative spin on the menu we’d created and did a marvelous job. We served our meal family-style at the wedding, which our guests really loved. We were blown away by all of the positive feedback about our wedding food. So many people told us it was the best banquet food they’d ever had. Everything was very fresh and well-presented. I love salmon, but usually salmon is overcooked at large events, but it was one of the moistest and most flavorful salmon dishes I had ever had. They were also wonderful in accommodating our guests with dietary restrictions. We provided a list of those vegan/gluten-free guests, and they made sure those guests got their meals—which they raved about. Usually the “vegetarian” option at banquets isn’t so good, but our vegan guest were blown away. We also supplied the alcohol for our wedding, and they handled the process of bringing the bottles to set up and packing them up at the end of the night and taking them away, so we could pick them up later in the week from them and not that night. They also handled all of our linens and napkins. We also hired Millenia to bring us food during our “getting ready” morning, as well as for a dinner during the wedding weekend, and they did a great job on both. We highly recommend Millenia Catering!
From the moment we did our tasting with Millenia Catering for our wedding, we knew we were done with our search! They were so wonderful to work with every step of the way, and the food... wow! We received so many compliments from our guests. Not only did we get to actually eat, but we had our own personal server following us around with drinks all night! I cannot recommend them enough!
I have worked with Chef Lo for over 12 years - and as recently as last week. His work is consistently extraordinary, from the elegant and creative presentations, to his food - a true 5 star experience, to his excellent staff of professionals. We were extremely pleased with the service and quality of the food provided by Millenia. Tonya was AMAZING to work with, she literally took care of everything we could ask for, and then some. We had a few special requests and they were handled perfectly, including receiving a whole pasta entrée complimentary due to the special needs of my bride’s family. Tonya volunteered to handle multiple things that we assumed we would need to do ourselves, which made our wedding day go so much better. We have received so many compliments on the quality of the food, from the passed hors d’oeurves to the main course. A special thank you as well to the wait staff (& Tonya again), as they kept their focus on us for the entire night. They repeatedly checked on us during cocktail hour, served us the meal, and never let our glasses go empty. They even held off a few glasses of the specialty beer that was served during cocktail hour, in order to continue to serve me after the keg was floated. Coming from a hospitality graduate, this is what service is all about! Great job Tonya, Chef Lo, and all of the Millenia staff!

Millenia catering was the best choice for our wedding!! Jessica Shaver and her staff did an AMAZING job setting up my reception area with food and all. She was so easy to work with and was always accommodating and so very helpful!!! The food was also EXQUISITE!! All the selections were great and cooked to perfection. Guests were delighted with the flavors and presentation. The on sight staff was diligent and provided attention to detail in all aspects of the night for not only my husband and I, but for all the guests as well! The bar booth area was an excellent choice for us as well - the guests felt welcome and the bar staff was awesome in helping them drink to their hearts desires (transpo was already pre-arranged).

Millenia Catering is a great option for all your corporate catering needs!
We used them two separate times in July. The first for our corporate "summer splash," held at Paradise Cove. From start to finish it was great working with the team at Millenia Catering. Our account manager was Jessica Shaver. Jessica was very responsive and understanding to our needs. The menu options provided were all great and appeased our vast audience of selective eaters. In one buffet we had plenty of options for our vegetarians and gluten-free options with perfect kids meals packaged and served separately. The buffet was filled with fresh fruit, tostones + black bean hummus (amazing by the way), pork sliders, Hawaiian flatbread, skewers and so much more! To top it off they included an avocado bar that was a huge hit! The menu options served up were perfect and required no adjustment after. They hit our needs on the spot - including keeping it light and refreshing for an afternoon in the Florida sun. The day-off event team was great. They were extremely attentive and personable. They kept buffets full and our guests very happy! The entire event was very streamlined and they left me feeling like I could relax and enjoy the event with the rest of the team. I would highly recommend them for your corporate event catering needs!
But it doesn't stop at just events. We were so happy with the results of the picnic lunch, we booked them for an in-house lunch meeting. While I wasn't in attendance, I received positive feedback from all 10 members of our leadership team - quite a success in itself! I did get to peek at the set-up and it was very professional and aesthetically pleasing. The order consisted of assorted sandwiches and salad plus dessert - not a negative thing was said about any of it. The order arrived on time and with no errors.
We will absolutely be using Millenia Catering again for future meetings and events!
I worked with Millenia Catering for the first time at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne on March 25th, 2017. They did a fantastic job and the food was amazing! Pleasant staff to work with too.

The entire experience with Millenia was truly amazing. From our first meeting with the catering coordinator (Jessica), to menu selection and tasting, linen decisions, to the Day-Of setup and service, we were absolutely blown away. Jessica went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. She was always so responsive and helpful. Knowing that she was there taking care of things on the wedding day put me totally at ease. Of all the tastings we tried, Millenia’s food was the best by far. The large number of people that came up to me during the wedding night as well as afterwards to specifically tell me how good the food was just proved how great Millenia did. The staff was very attentive and friendly the night of the wedding. Tico was the team lead that night and did a great job always ensuring we had everything we needed. Hannah and Matt were the bartenders and were very attentive to all the guest’s requests. Ray, Cyndie, and Stefan worked the floor that night, and were always there to help. And as mentioned before, the Chef is stellar at what he does.
I would HIGHLY recommend Millenia for any of your catering needs! They far exceeded our expectations.

If you are looking to WOW your guests with delicious food, but more importantly if you are looking for a vendor who is going to carefully care about your wedding as much as you do, Millenia Catering is the ONLY caterer to choose. I wish I was throwing 100 parties to use them 100 times. no exaggeration, they are in my top 3 faves of vendors I used and I am SO thankful for them. They helped me execute my dream wedding, their food is AMAZING and their service is even better. From the first inquiry call to the day of, I was taken care of and this was one detail that I didn't have to worry about. 100% recommend!

We recently had our wedding at Dr.Phillip's house which is catered by Millenia Catering and were beyond impressed. All of the apps (crab cakes, spring roles and raspberry tarts) were insanely good - we had plenty coming out but it was one of the situations were everyone was looking for the servers to get more!
For dinner, we had the maple chicken and steak Chimichurri were restaurant level - to start, the steak was actually cooked how a steak should be! We were complimented at least a handful of times that the food was the best people had ever had at a wedding. Considering so many of our friends flew in from Chicago and worked in hospitality now or in the past, it was a huge compliment.

Truly excellent food and service. Weddings are super stressful, and because of that, I can’t recommend Chef Lo more. I had complete trust in the Millenia team to execute the food service at my wedding with excellence and I wasn’t wrong. Everything was delicious and professional. In fact, we got married over a year ago now and I’m still receiving compliments on our food, which is what reminded me to come write this review. Also worth mentioning, I used to work for Millenia in college, so I know firsthand the high expectations Chef, Gwen, and Hannah have for their food and team. This business is top notch in every way — great experience as an employee and great experience as a customer. Highly recommend.
Over the top service and the food was amazing. So many of our guests told us they loved the food, and Hannah was incredible!!!!! Totally recommend. It was my daughters wedding and I could not have asked for a better caterer.

The most important things at a wedding, after the bride and groom, are food, drink, and music. For food, we hired Millenia Catering for our daughter’s wedding in October. They were recommended by our venue, so we set up a tasting. From start to finish Hannah, at Millenia, was attentive, professional and helped us put together the best hor d'oeuvres, dinner, and late night snack menus. We had a great time at the tasting, the food and atmosphere were wonderful! On the day of the wedding everything went according to plan. The Millenia team did a great job with setup, serving and the food was delicious! Millenia just catered our NYE wedding and rehearsal dinner and did an amazing job! The food was delicious at both events. The bars and buffets somehow managed to never have lines because their servers expertly also passed food and drinks. They set up a private dinner for us and our parents, which was the perfect escape and meant we actually got to enjoy the great food. Throughout the wedding planning, they were extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend them to cater any event!!
Millenia Catering provided prompt communication, flexibility, great food quality, and lovely, hard workers. I had many compliments on the food from my guests. The people with dietary restrictions (vegan/gluten free) were also very thankful and loved the food. I remember the servers and bartender were very courteous, professional, quick, and thoughtful. They brought us food to the sweetheart table and during photos, saved us some in to-go boxes, and saved the cake! I could not have asked for a more perfect meal and perfect staff. I'm very appreciative for their team on our special day and am happy to highly recommend you guys to my friends getting married in the Orlando area!
We tried 2 other caterers for my daughter's wedding but the best choice was Millenia Event Catering. Tonya worked with us from start to finish. She was always extremely caring and had many good suggestions. We decorated the venue ourselves and had to work around the catering staff. She was patient and helpful. We had a buffet style menu and it was fantastic. We heard many good comments about the food from the guests. The wait staff and bartender were attentive and very friendly. The clean-up was quick and well-coordinated. Would highly recommend this caterer.

They are just such an amazing staff you don’t have to worry about anything !! Everything was detailed outlined and explained to us so there were no surprises on the day of . They made sure that we were taken care of during the reception and served my husband and I first I felt like royalty I was expecting to get up and get the food ourselves which I would have been fine with since it was buffet style we didn’t want for anything the staff at millennia catering is who you need !!!!! Also the food is absolutely delicious everything that we ordered was what was served the and all the guests loved the food !!!!!

Catering is not only one of the biggest expenses for the wedding, but one of the most important. Choosing the catering company was one of the biggest decisions for me and my husband. We wanted to ensure that our guests would walk away feeling not only well fed but also that they enjoyed a top-notch meal. Millenia Catering far exceeded our expectations. They were one of the best decisions we made when choosing vendors for our wedding. We researched about a dozen catering companies and did several food tastings. Millenia Catering far surpassed all of them and did so without breaking the bank. Their service, value, and quality are outstanding.
From beginning to end, Traci and the whole team treated us not just like another client, but like friends. She listened to our needs and answered all of our questions thoroughly. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with every aspect of the catering process – from the food tasting, to picking out the menu, to securing all the other details like napkins, champagne flutes, etc. Millenia Catering was also able to accommodate our request for an ice-cream bar and a cappuccino station. All within our budget.
On the evening of the wedding, Traci made sure the wedding party was fed and that my husband and I were taken care of. She brought us a big plate of food and we were actually able to enjoy the food we had put so much thought into for the months leading up to the wedding! So many people say that they were not able to eat on their wedding day, but Traci made sure we were able to enjoy it!
The food was DELICIOUS! We received so many compliments from our guests. People are still talking about the pecan crusted chicken with the whiskey glaze!
Seriously, I cannot say enough how impressed we were with Millenia Catering. We would hire them again with no hesitation and cannot recommend them enough. Seriously, look no further. Hire Millenia Catering for your wedding or event.
I was a photographer at a wedding in Lakeland for New Year’s and Millenia Catering was there. Absolutely blown away by their customer service and attention to detail. Hailey was incredible, not just with wedding guests but also vendors. The food was delicious too. Will be recommending them!
Small cafe near work. The most delicious breakfast sandwiches. If you order the biscuit with gravy, please make sure you have room in your belly. Huge portion. The BEST chocolate chip cookie that melts in your mouth. Huge for $1.50. Great Tuna, delicious burger. For a small cafe, their food is delightfully tasty. Homemade flavor and decent prices. So detailed when they pack your bag. Beware of the upcharge if you order online. The lady upfront, was the most nicest and efficient. Lucy I believe. Very good lunch option, pretty cozy dining area. Even outside Only caveat, sides are way too tiny and they don't serve fries.
A cozy little place in a most unsuspected location, the Millenia Cafe serves up tasty food at very reasonable prices. The cashier/server is very nice and attentive. I've had their lunch specials (priced at $6.95 as of Oct 2016) and their breakfasts (~$4) and have found them good value. They have inside and outside sitting. A little gem. Open only Mon-Fri for breakfast and lunch until 2p.
Traci and her team were incredible to work with from start to finish. So glad they were our wedding caterer. Our guests are still complementing how good the food was. They are professionals in every way and we couldn’t have been happier to work with them.
