The two women working here are just great! Us it's a nice atmosphere where the seniors can just sit & drink their coffee & soda. Very welcoming for this misplaced Texan. ���
Breakfast was great and so so affordable and tasted like home cooking
It was all good for me. The fries were crisp and burgers were right to standard.
I love love love their breakfast Shatiana the manager made my breakfast and it was to to YUMMY.
I just love the manager, he very kind and cares for his employees. The meals come out hot and correctly and if there is a mistake it is addressed immediately.
Peaceful CNN was on screen. Such friendly staff & the food was AWESOME. If it came with a recliner I'd call it HOME. My Chiks & Junkyards fries were DELICIOUS. Will come back there again soon.
Update. 11:40 pm 11/29/2023. The young lady that took my order and brought me out my food was something I have never experienced at a Krystal before. She was prompt attentive and made my experience amazing. When her fellow employee put my foot in the warmer and walked away she took control and got my food to me right away. She then corrected her co worker on the proper way to serve food and handled the situation absolutely perfect.
Landed at MCO and was starving, so ended up going to this Krystal on the way back to Jacksonville. I had the most amazing customer service experience with the manager Dominic! It was 1 in the morning, I was exhausted, and he was enthusiastic, efficient, and the food was perfect! I got the 24 Krystal pack. Highly recommend Dominic and this location!
I drove 15 mi for Krystal believe it or not and I was ready for the normal not so friendly attitude however, this is the first time I've ever been to this Crystal since anyone that is close to me have closed down. The lady helping me (Ruby) at the drive-thru was more than friendly not only at the speaker but when I paid for my order. I wish this place was closer to me!! If the other crystals treated their staff is nice as I was treated today I could only hope that they would still be around
We arrived at 4am, and they laid a fresh batch of patties down. Everything was delicious. I am sad I live so far away, but I will be back.
The food was good. The service was excellent. The cashier was super friendly. There's no AC in the building currently.

The servers were great. Funny and helpful. The food is Krystals, i mean if you like that kind of burger its great. I happen to love it. I know i am weird. Its okay. Im sure you are weird sometimes too.
Food was as expected it’s Krystal’s. It was super fast store could be cleaned up and the drive thru window needs repaired
Didn't wait long from my food everything was cooked the way I want it and things were not on my Burgers no cheese that's me and it's perfect

The staff was of all really attentive and provided great customer service to my family and I .Also, the place was kept really clean, and the food came out in a timely manner.

Was back in Orlando for my brother's birthday. To me, my stop would not be complete without stopping here. Loved these burgers for over 30 years. Sorely wished we had one in the Hampton roads area!
