Great food and service. Happy to have a Nicaraguan Fritanga in Orlando. Not having to drive to Miami to eat my favorites dishes.
Back again years later and oh my, the food was excellent. My wife is from Nicaragua and we both love the food here. If you want to try a Central American flavor, this is the place to be. Don’t get me wrong, this is comfort food at its best. Great Job Fritanga!!! We will back again when we are in town.

Great authentic Nica food away from Miami. Usually the further you get from South Florida, the bigger the drop in quality. Not here, it was as good as any Fritanga anywhere. I wish I bought more to go. We had Carne Asada and Carne Desmenusada. It was DELICIOUS and portions large enough to have leftovers. Soo good.
My wife and I have lived in Orlando for 9 years and thus waited 9 years for a Nicaraguan restaurant to open. (We know there is one on South OBT, but that area is sketchy). Well our wait is finally over for this delicious food. Gallo pinto, carne asada, queso frito, etc. It's all here. This is place is legit as my wife, a Nicaraguan, can vouch for. The food is excellent and the inside is very nice. For those with some food sensitivities, like most Latin food places, there are plenty of good gluten-free options. I have one reason why I can't rate it 5 stars and that is the organization of the place. We have been there 2 times and it has been a little chaotic due to lack of order in ordering and getting food. That aside, it's a great restaurant and hope it lasts for a long time.
Great food. Best Nicaraguan cuisine I've had in FL. They give you so much for your dollar. The ladies there are super nice too.
Being Nica and having Nica food my whole life, this is pretty authentic and tasty. Prices are high but with inflation and supporting a local business I didn’t mind. It’s pretty relevant to other places and you get a huge portion for the price. My new go to place when I’m in Orlando! 10/10

I like this place a whole lot.ts super clean. The attention is a little slow but the soup i got today, beef soup, was like my mothers soup. They have lots of typical products from Nicaragua and big variety of juices and ice cream. Im looking forward to come back and make some more recommendations of food.
Well first, I live in Maryland, very hard to find a Nica restaurant around my way. My family and I came for vacation to Saint Augustine Beach. While searching for a good Nicaraguense Restaurant, I found "Fritanga la Nueva in Orlando, Fl". Let me tell you, about me first. I love food, I love to cook, and its very hard to please me when it comes to finding good tasty foods.
La Fritanga La Nueva in Orlando, Florida was super delicious, the flavors were on point! The service was great and the lady's over there are very nice, if you are " Nica " or just someone looking for authentic good food, I definitely recommended "Fritanga La Nueva". My daughters, my wife and I loved this Nica restaurant! We will definitely come back!

The food is delicious! I got carne asada, gallo pinto, queso frito, y maduros. Que rico!!!! One plate was enough for two to share. Super yummy!

So in love with this place great food nica , great price with awesome service will be my regular go to😝im 2 hours south of here and 2 hour north of miami so unless im cooking myself this is the spot
I love Nica food, especially Miami Nica food. So when I heard there was a fritanga in Orlando, I was super excited.
The place is clean, fresh, and inviting.
However, there are areas for improvement: Food behind display counter could use some labeling to let customers know what is being served. I didn't see a menu anywhere. And lastly, provide trays for customers dining in.
Other than that, the place is awesome. I will be back. I did enjoy the food and the atmosphere. -def try the mango juice, its so yummy!

Omg! So good! Lived in Orlando for years! Never knew this gem existed! Food and service was amazing. Questionable television show (half naked model doing something...). Amazing 1st time experience. Will certainly go back to try rest of menu!
