i was given the wrong order in the drive thru and didn’t notice until i got home (i live nearby and was on my way home from work so i didn’t check) so i came back and shanice was very nice and understanding and replaced my meal in a quick manner. definitely putting the “nice” in “shanice”. good job to her management team.

Only McDonald's where the people who work there are actually pretty nice. Especially the morning crew😁 you guys are the real MVPs and if you read this know that at least one nurse that comes almost every morning appreciates what you guys do!!!
