Great food. Fast service. Very friendly employees!! No pork products at this location. (BACON!) That is due to lease agreements, but they should offer Turkey bacon or something similar. This restaurant is clean, but needs an update remodel like the other Wendy's with the coke freestyle fountain!

Place is old. Bathroom isn't the nicest and the tables aren't the best. Service is friendly and pretty quick considering the amount of people with attitudes and holier than you attitudes ordering. Take the earbuds out of your ear, quit talking on the phone and maybe your order will be understood correctly people. Like I said, the place is old and in need of renovation but the employees are good.

It can be better. Manager works really nice, his employees need more customer service training, as to place food on the tray with respect to the customer, rather than just place them like to get rid of you soon, ask the correct questions when needed, as if you order is for here or to go, and maybe try to show a smile as making the customer feel that they are happy for their support and visit to their establishment, and not make them feel as if we as customer are making the cashier feel aggravated... If those pointers were taken into consideration this place would be awesome even though bacon is not served....

It alright. Food was prepared pretty quickly. Didn't Seem too happy that I was inside, but was polite. I'm going to say what everyone says about this location They don't serve pork products. It's not a big deal, decent fast food next to the hospital.

I just want to let it be known that the kindness of the drive thru attendant Saturday night August the 15th, 2020, did not go unappreciated. She only made me wait a few minutes more than a normal customer would have liked before complaining, but she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order as soon as she was able to assist me. Her prime customer service might have me coming back here. I know working fast food can be stressful and good service go un-done in the drive through, but I really appreciate it. Thanks.

Friendly staff and great service. There's no bacon at this location but that's ok by me. I like their 4 for $4 (medium drink, sandwich, nuggets, and fries) when I need a quick bite on the road. I also love their salads. It's easy to get in and out and they've never messed up my order.

I wanted to try the new $5 meal deal I saw on their commercial. Unfortunately this particular location stated that they did not have the $5 meal deal, but instead had a $4 meal deal, which was basically the exact same food minus a cookie I didn't really want anyway. Thanks to the helpful cashier for steering me in the right direction and saving me a dollar in the process. The food was fresh and delicious.

New management is awesome I believe his name was Abe. Food was fresh and hot. customers were social distancing. Nice relaxing lunch time for me since I work across the street in the hospital. This place is my go to for a moment of peace. Keep up the great work Wendy’s ! 😊

Came through the drive through for lunch and it was a great experience. They went through about a 10 car line in close to 6 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and respectful, addressing us a sir and ma'am. Food was very good and fresh. By far the best Wendy's that I have been to.

Only one that doesn't serve bacon. But they make up for it with the cod sandwich. I just visited the drive thru. Ordered my cod sandwich and parmesan salad. Had to wait a little while as to be expected. The cod fish sandwich was fresh hot and crispy. The salad was fresh made with the grilled chicken still nice and warm. Service was fast and friendly. Would have been 5☆ if my order would have been all the way correct. But it was a minor mistake also dinner rush.

I'm really big on customer service and Joe was great at it. He greeted us as we came in, he made sure our tables were clean, he joined and gave small talk as we were making our order, he never once became frustrated as the children changed their minds with their orders, he was so polite and made sure we were satisfied. Joe was at the front of the store taking care of our large family but still communicating effectively with those in back to be sure our order was correct. As he recognized where we had been by the bracelets we were wearing, he shared that his sister use to work there and mentioned some of the things he took interest in when visiting as it was our first time. He went way above and beyond his title and my expectations. My experience was GREAT!!! Thank you to Joe and the rest of your crew today!!!
