Came to try pho and other dishes.
Everything tasted fresh, from greens to broth and meats.
Servers took orders and deliver the food, but never asked how’s is the food and if we need anything else. We asked for a small box and the gave a nod, but never brought the box - they were focused on cleaning more than a customer service. That fact reduced the review to 4 stars.
We will definitely be back.
Great food and portions. Fresh flavors and an updated menu. Newly remodeled and open floor plan. The summer rolls with fish sauce are a great light appetizer.
is an wonderful experience with newly opened dishes with delicious flavors, i had Pho Tho Da for today and its 10 outta 10, customer service is very friendly, enthusiastic and hospitable
I took my family here to eat. I had Pho and my wife Bun Bo Hue, and my son Com Suon. It was soooooo goood👍👍👍three thumbs up
*Update*
Visited here recently on 7-23, and was informed the nice old guy the owner retired. With that being said, the food was just as good. I just added new pictures of what we ordered.
It’s quiet here at lunch time but we enjoyed the food in the restaurant! We ordered some dishes and the food was delicious 🤤, services are very friendly! We come here for the first time from very far and will be back if we get the chance!
Modern, upbeat, and fun atmosphere plus excellent food. The service is wonderful (everyone is so crazy polite)!
Good food and great service.
Clean resteraunt and friendly staff. Lots of parking. In the "China Town" area with other Asian specific stores around.
8/11/23:
I actually enjoyed my first time visit at Hương Việt Vietnamese restaurant today.
This restaurant currently has a soft opening. Customer service is very friendly and helpful.
Total cost: $33 including 20% tip
I ordered the following:
1. Side order of Tàu Hủ Ky - ground shrimp wrapped in fried bean curd served with sweet and sour fish sauce, lettuce, and ground peanut
2. H4. Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang Khô - Potato Starch noodle Cambodian style served with prawn, Squid, xá xíu pork, and fresh herbs served with a side of hủ tiếu broth.
I ordered the dry version and the sauce was slightly bland. The server came and gave me some extra sauce and that improved the taste and flavor immensely. So ask for extra sauce if you are ordering the dry hủ tiếu version of it’s bland for you. They used canned quail eggs in case there’s picky eaters like my kids who are used to eating fresh home raised quail eggs.
3. I asked to order a small order of their grilled pork. Before ordering, I asked to make sure of the texture is tender and moist or dry and burnt like some other places. Their grilled pork is very moist and tender indeed. I am glad I ordered a to-go portion for my kids. I recommend this.
Overall, I am happy with my meal and the items I ordered and will be back to try other items.
Note: They used stainless steel Asian soup spoons. For environmentalist, it’s a kudo. But as a parent of little foodies, I will have to make sure to bring the melamine soup spoons with me next time if I have my kids with me. The metal spoons are much hotter to the touch for little kids.
Interesting interior design, reminiscing VN. For the price, the com thit nuong should have been twice the amount .
This Vietnamese restaurant is the closest that you are going to get to taste authentic Vietnamese food while being in the states. The minute that I tasted the food it brought me right back to my Vietnam vacation in Ho Chi Minh city with all the street vendors selling amazing food day and night . The restaurant’s food is amazing. The coffee is so delicious. The restaurant is a real gem . I have since brought my whole family to dine here . Even family members that have never had Vietnamese food enjoyed every bite of the meal . I definitely recommend this establishment to everyone.
