My tire was flat when I woke up to leave from Disney and we decided to pull into this place to see if they would help put on a spare. We had two kids in the car and the wait was over two hours but they helped us anyways. They are AMAZING. they squeezed us in and saved our day. Kobe was our service provider and he is the best
So thankful for this service! Yesterday we were driving into Disney for a field trip and my car started having trouble! Instead of stressing all day at parks, manager Nick gave us a complimentary tow to car care center, and their service department got everything fixed up and finished by time we left the parks! The prices were fantastic, no over charge or upsells, and he even gave me a recommendation to give my mechanic "when you're back home and can handle it" I was able to enjoy the day and everything park had to offer, and drive home safely and in peace!!! Thank you!
Long story but we had a pretty significant breakdown on our Rv. The entire wheel came off leaving traffic to navigate around our tire and wheel that was headed right at them! Not good! The Disney Auto Care Center helped us with one aspect of our repair. We were so pleasantly surprised by the kindness, promptness, and quality of service that we received from these guys and gals that it helped ease some of the stress of our very painful travel day! Thanks guys! You were great!
Jean Pierre and Nick Hyzer are TOP NOTCH! We left Magic Kingdom and one of our tire was extremely low we pulled up as the shop was closing and they invited us in no questions asked. I only asked for air but they identified a nail in our rear tires. Plug was placed and we were on our way within 10 minutes! Without their help it would have really put a wrench in our vacation with our rental. Great service! Keep up the good work!

Our rental car tire pressure light came on this morning on our way to Magic Kingdom. Not only did the Car Care Center answer immediately when I called to see if they could help, Colby got us in and out in less than 5 minutes when we arrived! Thanks to Colby for the great customer service!
AWESOME service! The store manager, Nick Hyzer, helped us right away and was super friendly. We rode in on the spare of our rental, since the main tire had a flat. Nick took us in right away and fixed the flat tire. We were in and out in under 10 minutes!!

Great customer service. Patrick was so friendly and helpful! He also did his best to get me the best price for my new tire. Took less than 24 hours for my car parts to arrive into the shop. I live local and will be using them from now on when I need car repairs done
Went there morning of July 20th the staff were great took very good care of me got my car in right away. Being from Canada and leaving Saturday needed car looked at.

Need some assistance today from a minor fender bender. Nick Hyzer in the body shop patched my car back up so that I would be able to drive it home. He was on top of it and went above and beyond to make sure my car would be road worthy. Great customer service!
