Surprised to see these negative reviews! I come back into town a couple times a year, usually stop by here once or twice per visit, and I've always had a good experience and found the service to be friendly. It might not be as quick as a place like McDonald's but that's because, well, it's not McDonald's. The setup is different so it'll take a little longer, but the quality is definitely better.
They have improved on their customer service as of late. I know several reviews state is takes several minutes for the order to be delivered but everything is cooked to order, so this is not your typical "fast food" place.
With that being said the food I have ordered in the past has usually been hot and fresh. There have been occasions when I forgot to check my bag before leaving the drivethru only to find out when I got home the "fries, cookie, etc" were not in the bag....frustrating? Yes, but not the end of the world. The employees I have dealt with seem to work hard and care, so I can certainly appreciate that.
All in all the food is good and made to order, pricing is a little on the high side. But if you check your local flyers there are sometimes coupons available that help take away the "sticker" shock.
Haven't been in one many years...
Ordered the food and it was ready within minutes. We tried the Monster Roast beef sandwich, it was too big for our mouth. Otherwise i thought it was pricey...compared to other fast food chains...😫😫😫
