I had the seafood platter very good and fresh. The shrimp were huge! Had a great waitress. We stopped in the bar for a drink and also had great service from Eric. I would highly recommend.
Went during one of THE busiest times during EAA ....wanted to eat & then watch the night show. There was 4 of us...had a drink in the bar while we waited for our table. Once seated our waitress was right there to take or order. Shortly after our salads arrived...with our waitress checking in constantly to see how we were doing. There was a little wait between the salad & our meal but everyone was hopping around. Once our food arrived it was well worth the wait. Excellent! Tenderloin & shrimp cooked to perfection along with pork chops done just right. Can’t say enough about the service & staff during their busy week. Once seated outside for the show we were well taken care of for our needs. My mom, dad & aunt put The Hangar back on their list after their meals!
had a great time on our first and not our last visit here. the fish and tenderloin was the best. both our meals were excellent and the service was the best,, fast and friendly,,, thanks to our Waitress,, Terry thanks again and will see you again
Fantastic, my Tenderloin Sandwich was cooked perfectly. Service was fast and friendly and everything on the menu was very reasonably priced, I think we found a new place to visit regularly!
Awesome food! We drive a half hour to get their food! Always hot & fresh and their Pollock is to die for! I'd make reservations on a Friday or Saturday night.
Love it there the owners are great people the food is excellent and the drinks are the best. The place also looks great!!!

Great food, fair prices, prompt service. Enjoyed the fish sandwich for lunch. The haddock was terrific. A new favorite for lunch or a dinner out.
Awesome, sat at the bar for a few cocktails. Then ordered food. It was there in less than 5 min. and it was awesome,Excellent perch and haddock

The Hangar Bar and Grill is great place to eat and drink. The bartenders are excellent. The food is delicious. The wings are perfect.
Had the chicken wings. The garlic parmesan and the Peanut Thai wings are the best so far. Have tried the other flavors and there was no big wow to them, pretty much all tasted the same, but those two really stand out.
The brisket sandwich was amazing and the drinks were great. Staff was very lively and enjoyed interacting with the people.
Delicious menu items, attentive staff providing excellent service. Their Southwest Chicken Salad is sooooo good!

Edit: I am changing my review to 5 stars (from 3 stars as the service and food was excellent from the beginning) as the management of The Hangar Bar and Grill contacted me and more then made it up for the confusion stated in my original review.
They went above and beyond to make it right and they will be on my list of places to recommend to anyone looking for a good airport dining experience.

Flew in to Oshkosh to have dinner, service was good and food was also good.
However bartender ordered me the wrong dish which happened to be twice as much, asked if I was ok keeping it and he would make it right. In the end I was charged the full price anyways. I called and talked to the manager, manager didn't seem to care that much either about what happened.
I guess I am too polite to have accepted the wrong dish, paid for the full price and wanting a good customer service, maybe if I was a crazy loud obnoxious customer, someone would have listened better.
The management should have offered a gift card to prove that it was a one time thing and it would not happen again or at least to give the discount on the item ordered wrong by the waitstaff to match the original item ordered price.
Unfortunately I can no longer recommend The Hangar to my friendly pilots and customers when they ask for a nice airport restaurant if they gonna get the bad end on a mistake made by the waitstaff.
This place has AMAZING Chili!!! And, their cooks are Really excellent... Been there twice; Both times - Just Freakin' AWESOME!!! I don't Ever give good reviews, However.... This Place, "The Hangar" - Deserves Praise and Notoriety!! If I am able to contribute, somehow, I am willing to try. i.e., this review, and the FIVE stars!!!!! MOSH!!!
